After a long day of Tony aggravating me and Steve trying to get me to open up I skipped dinner and went straight to bed. I went into a new bedroom and pretended to be asleep but I couldn't fearing that...his death would haunt my dreams.
No one knocked on my door or came in to check on me but I could still hear footsteps outside. When I was sure everyone was finally asleep around one in the morning I decided it was time to finally leave.
I snuck out of the bedroom door and crept into the living room only to see Steve was there looking out the window at the beautiful city view. I stopped realizing I needed a different way out unless I could sneak past him-"What are you doing still awake?"
I gasped as we made eye contact, he knew I was here.
"I'm leaving. What are you doing?" I replied turning tables.
"Leaving? Why?"
"You haven't answered my question. What are you doing awake at this hour?"
He turned around and crossed his arms and stood in a stance that kind of made him look like a father scolding his kid.
"I had a nightmare. I usually come out here and drink some tea to help me relax. Now, your supposed to answer my question. Why are you trying to leave?" Steve said turning the tables back around.
I sighed, "Because I have family out there and I have to find answers to questions that need to be solved."
"You won't last a day."
"Try me." I replied.
I stormed past him to the elevator, but he didn't stop me or reach out for me.
Even when I pressed the down button he didn't move.
"I'm not trying to stop you but...I just want to let you know you won't get far."
"I won't let you talk me out of this. I'm going home." I growled.
The elevator door opened and I stepped in.
Before it shut I saw Steve turn back to the windows.

It was equally amazing and terrifying as I walked down the streets of New York alone. I recognized it from Doctor Bennett's visions. This time I didn't care that I mentioned his name, I was in awe watching all the colorful lights.
Of course people were everywhere like giant schools of fish that would push you and swear at you if you didn't follow the flow.
Now.
How do I find my brother?
The glares and rude glances aimed at me told me I shouldn't ask the strangers in the street. When I was passing by an alley way I noticed two men were standing over another man on the ground who had blood smeared from his nose and a black eye.
One of them started yelling at him before bringing their leg back.
"Hey!" I shouted rushing over.
The man stopped and put his foot down before turning towards the light revealing his heavily tattooed face.
When he opened his mouth to growl he had pointed shiny metal teeth.
"What do you want little kitten?" The man sneered.
His partner stepped into the faint street light and revealed he had equally ugly metal teeth and tattooed face.
"Leave that man alone! What did he do to you?" I demanded.
