-(SECOND PERSON POV)-
Sal and Larry continued to watch the movie as you slept, but you soon woke up because Sal had to get up to use the bathroom.
"Whey?" You mumbled, confused and tired from your nap.
"You're finally awake. You missed like half the movie." Larry laughed and you gasped.
"Oh my god, I did! Lar, you have to let me borrow it because I actually really wanted to see that one." You sighed, "I don't know what happened, I just fell asleep for no reason!"
"Yeah, I'll lend it to you," Larry smiled, "Must've been worth it though since you got to sleep on Sal's shoulder."
Your face started to heat up, "Oh god I forgot about that...how embarrassing."
"He was totally cool about it though. He kept complaining about needing to pee but refused to go until he couldn't hold it any longer because he didn't want to wake you up." Larry told you.
"Aw, Sal's such a good friend." You smiled.
Larry smirked, "Could even be more than a friend, huh?"
"Shut up!" You playfully kicked Larry as he was sitting on the floor right next to your foot.
And right after that, Sal came out of the bathroom and you moved so he could sit back down.
The movie ended and you started spacing out again, just staring blankly at the television. Sal started to stare at you and you noticed and snapped out of it. You didn't know what to do so you waved.Sal chuckled. but then his tone turned serious, "Are you okay? I forgot to ask about that bruise. It's still pretty visible."
"I totally forgot about my bruise. It doesn't hurt so you don't need to worry!" You smiled. "Alright. I just feel pretty bad because it's my fault Travis hit you." Sal said, looking down.
"What?! You didn't do anything, it was all me!" You said back."Wait, what exactly happened?" Larry asked, joining in on the conversation. You then looked at the time, and you saw that it was late and that your mom was probably going to get worried, so you decided to leave.
"Shit, it's that late already? Sorry guys, I gotta go," you said, getting up, "I can tell you tomorrow at school when everyone's with us or Sal can tell you today." You looked at Sal and he said, "Let's just tell them tomorrow. That way we won't have to repeat ourselves." They both said goodbye and I started heading back to my room.
-(FIRST PERSON POV)-
When I got home I told my mom goodnight and flopped on my bed. It wasn't all that late so I decided to stay up and draw. I sat at my desk for a few minutes with a pencil and paper in front of me, forgetting I had massive art block.
"Ughh!! I have zero inspiration! Why is art so difficult..." I whined and slumped down, staring at the piece of blank paper.
When suddenly, I had the great idea of drawing my good friend, Sal Fisher.
"That's kinda creepy..." I mumbled, "But, he does have a cool design. His mask really makes him look more like a character than an actual person..and his hair is just too adorable."
How could I not draw this wonderful human being? And besides, it's not like he's gonna find out or anything. This is my personal sketchbook, it's basically a diary. And only I can look at what's inside.
I listened to some music before completing my piece. It was Sal playing his guitar and head banging. I laughed at how he totally does this in real life.
But...do I really like him more than a friend? I basically just met him..that's crazy! I'm crazy. I'm stupid. There's no way our romantic relationship would even happen so I should just give up...right? Uggghh this is so hard! Why can't I just like him as a friend??!?! Why do I have to be so difficult??
I need someone to talk to...
Then, my eyes light up.
Larry! I can talk to Larry! He'll understand.
I grabbed my walkie-talkie and turned it on."Hey Lar, can you talk?"
"Yeah, What's up?"
"It's about Sal," I took a breath, "I need someone to talk to. I can't talk to Sal about it directly. At least, not now.""Ooh uhh Sal's still with me right now, but he's in the bathroom. Do you still want to talk about it right now? I think he's taking a shit so you have time."
"You didn't need to put that image in my head," I deadpanned, "But yes, I still want to talk about it."
"Alright, shoot!"I took a deep breath and sighed. I typed everything I felt towards Sal. All of my feelings, thoughts, and emotions towards him.
Absolutely everything.I didn't hear anything for a second. My hands started to sweat, was he judging me? No, Larry wouldn't do that, right-?
Then, all of a sudden I heard strange noises coming from the device from his end."Larry? You okay?"
"I—Ye—Don—"
"What?? You're cutting out."
"Sa—h—we'r—fi—he—wal-"
"Larry???"
