I was in the corner of the room I was in. I was in a fetal position rocking side to side. "So many roads to choose...." I sang along to the song. For some reason that was the only lyric of the song I could hear. I felt so empty. A hollow shell with that song whistling inside me. What a nice tune kinda. I couldn't sleep anymore. I was up all day amd night singing to that song. One day it just stopped.
I look up. I see the high window shaking a little. I turned my head slightly. The window thwn screeches and falls off the pane. I watch as it hits the floor. I look back up. What I saw made me smile wide.
