You cried while hugging your knees on the floor. The bell hasn't rang yet so you won't be very late. Plus you can just tell your teacher you forgot where the class was.
You wiped your tear stained cheeks and tried to stop crying.
And then, the door opens quickly and closes just as fast. You turn to your right to see who it was and you see a bawling Frank on his knees on the floor.
Frank?
"Frank?" You look at him and he looks up at you with tears in his eyes. He then lunges forward and hugs you tightly. He cries as he hugs you.
You give a sad smile and asked him softly. "What's wrong? What happened?"
Frank finally stopped crying and then loosened his grip on you. "Jocks. They pushed me around in a circle and took my backpack and emptied all the contents. Then they called me names when I ran away.." You hugged him back tightly which was to his surprise.
He sniffled and wipes his tears with his jacket sleeve. "W-wait why are you bein so nice? You don't hate me y/n?" He asked. You let go of the hug and see the disappointment on his face. "I mean, I did act like an ass this morning. I'm sorry, I'm not a morning person and I felt kinda threatened by you. After you left open house Gerard was talking about letting you be in the group and stuff. Gerard said you're really cool, and I just felt like I was gonna be replaced by you or something."
You looked at him and shook your head. "Frank that would never happen. If anything I'd be that one chick in the group that is just one if the guys." You said with a smile. He smiled back and nodded his head. "Okay."
You both were walking down the hallway a few minutes later. "Well, this is my class. Thanks for walking me Frank." You said politely. "You're welcome." He said back, he then leaned in a little. You blushed pink and your heart rate quickened. You then get a pang of disappointment when he only gives you a quick hug. And then he's off to his class. He waved and you waved back, then go into the classroom. It felt like he was about to kiss me...
Everybody's eyes were on you as you entered. It was only a few minutes after the bell had ring so you were safe from any tardy. "Got lost?" The teacher asked. You nodded and sat in a seat.
The class went by slow and the teacher only went over the rules and requirements. Then the teacher told the class to face the people behind them and complete the "get to know you sheet". You did just that and was face to face with a really cute guy. He had long-ish dirty blonde hair, green-ish blue eyes, and a wonderful smile.
"Hey, I'm Jason." He said with a smile. You thought you melted when you heard his voice. "I'm y/n." You said back. You two proceed to complete the sheet, you laughed and smiled the whole time. And later figured out you had a lot in common.
"Name one thing you noticed about your partner." He read a question on the sheet. "Hmmm, she's beautiful." He actually wrote it down. You blush when he looks back up at you and smiles. He just stares at you for a moment, which just makes you blush more.
"I've made things awkward haven't I?" He asked rubbing the back of his neck. "Oh, no no no. You haven't, I'm just flattered." You respond. He smiled brightly. "Good." He said back.
The both of you finish your work and the bell rings. He offers you to walk you to your next class and you say yes.
You were surprised to see Frank outside of your class with a smile on his face. His smile clearly faded when he saw you with Jason.
"Hey Frank." You say politely and lean in a little for a hug but he just moves away. "Hey." He says quietly. "Uh, I have to go the other way, see ya later y/n." Frank says quickly and walks away.
That was odd. You thought in your head. Soon you and Jason were at your class.
"Thank you for walking me." You say to him. He smiles. "No problem y/n." You smile back and he stands there looking at you with the same smile on his face he's had on since you started talking to him. You become shy and a little awkward. "Uh, why are you looking at me like that?" You asked bashfully. He rubs the back of his neck and blushes very lightly.
"I.. I just really like your smile." He replies.
