You're sixteen but turn seventeen during the school year (September- June) and Frank is sixteen but is going to turn seventeen in October. School starts in September.

Enjoy c: ))

Hell.

This is what this new town felt like to you.

You're far from anything that you adored.

Far from your school, which you actually liked now that you're reminiscing about all the memories you've had there. And far from friends that will cherish those memories as much as you do.

You're gonna miss a lot of things from your hometown.

But of course, you're not eighteen yet so you have to relocate with your father because of his idiotic job tansfer.

The people here, as far as you can tell, don't seem friendly and are kinda rude. It's a small town and there seems to be nothing to do, except an old looking roller rink and comic book store.

You sigh as you carry a heavy box to your room. You set it down on the carpeted floor.

"That's the last of it." You say to yourself. You open a box and begin to unpack.

"Y/n? Do you want pizza for dinner?" Your father yells from the kitchen.

"Yeaah." You yell back. You then finished unpacking that box and go to the next. It was labeled "clothes", you take all of them out. It was mostly band T-shirts and purposely ripped jeans. You smiled as you look at your Misfits T-shirt. You decided you'll wear that and a pair of jeans for the first day of school.

Tomorrow was open house, and you were going to be a junior this year. You don't like the idea of a new school, it's going to take a lot of getting used to.

You finish unpacking all your clothes and discard the boxes in a corner. Just then, the doorbell rings, which tells you that the pizza man must be here.

You walk downstairs and into the kitchen. Your father hands you a plate with two slices on it. You smile and thank him as you go back upstairs to eat your slices. Your father would rather have you eat with him but you could care less at the moment.

You sit on your new queen sized bed, new sheets, new pillows, and new comforter. You didn't like this change either.

You turned on the radio and turned it up when a Pennywise song came on. You bobbed your head taking big bites of the greasy pizza in your hand.

You finish and run down to the kitchen and put your dish in the dishwasher. When you were about to head back upstairs your father says something.

"Y/n, you need to help me with more unpacking." He said as he opens a box. "Here are the antiques, you can organize and place them on the shelves all special." He said enthusiastically.

You sigh a little more than needed and he gave you a warning glare. You noticed and perked up with a smile plastered on your face. "Sure dad." You said enthusiastically.

He smiled. "Good girl." He handed you the box and you went to the corner cabinet. You start to place the small antiques in the three shelved cabinet. It had a lot of space so a lot could fit in there.

You organized every single one making sure all of it was visible. From silver spoons, to a various of unique shot glasses, to small porcelain animals. The last item was your favorite, it was a porcelain fairy with golden wings. Her hair was ruby red, her eyes were sapphire blue. With delicately placed freckles and a pretty dress. You smiled and placed it in the front of the first shelf.

It was your mother's. And it's been six years since she passed from a terrible car crash. You stood there and felt a pang of pain sweep over.your body, not physical pain but emotional pain. You wipe away a tear that tried to run down your cheek before you father could see.

Your father looks at the shelf and smiles. "It looks great y/n. Hey why don't you put that fancy china we got in the middle shelf, there's enough room." He said as he turned his attention back to his box.

You nod and do what he says. After organizing the second shelf you did the third and was finished in about six minutes.

"Done." You say as you discarded the empty box somewhere.

"Okay pumpkin, just put the photo albums in the bottom cabinets and put the vase in the middle of the two cabinets. Along with those two plates. And I'll put the plants on top of the top cabinet." You nodded and did as he said. Pink tulips were in the vase. They were your mother's favorite flower, and your father always puts fresh ones in it everyday.

Tears begin to sting at your eyes again. "Uh, I'm gonna go upstairs now." You say as you walk pass him with your head down so he couldn't see.

He wasn't looking anyways. "Okay pumpkin, we're going for ice cream later."

You were already halfway upstairs when you responded with a vague "kay".

You went into your room and closed the door. Letting the tears run down your cheeks freely.

You hate living without your mom anymore.

You hate moving to a new town.

You hate not being able visit your mothers grave anymore with pink tulips to put next to it.
