Jason woke up in their van. Percy was sitting in the front seat changing the radio stations while Nico was counting how many drachma they had left. Percy crawled over to Jason "hey, you ok there man?" Jason nodded, his back felt sore and he had a banging headache. Nico suddenly spoke up "we are being diverted." Percy an Jason looked confusedly at Nico as Nico set down the drachmas. "What do you mean?" Percy asked leaning forward in his seat. Nico sighed "I got a dream last night from Hades, he said that I need to head to Athens, Ohio to meet king Theseus because apparently he has found some news on Persephone's kidnapping." Percy tried to remember who Theseus was, let's see king Theseus was- oh he was king of Athens, Greece! Jason muttered something, Nico and Percy turned to Jason "eh? did you say something?" Jason's eyes lit up "you walk north by an hour! that's part of the prophesy! Athens is about an hour away from here!" Percy nodded catching on "yeah and we were heading south from New York to Missouri!" Nico nodded affirmative "yeah but is there any rules about us splitting up during a quest?" Percy thought for a second "I don't think so" he said. Jason agreed " yeah Nico, you should go this might be important." Nico nodded and grabbed his backpack and shadow traveled away.
