Juniper's P.O.V:
I plopped myself down on the couch, only to be wedged between Nick & Kevin. "Don't worry girl, like Nick said we gotch'yo back. Anything you need, ever, just holla' " I smiled I weary smile as I tilted my head back & let out a stressed sigh. Of course shit like this would happen to me. "Okay a lil' off topic bu' like I was sayin' earlier, consdierin' the track was just dropped a few days ago, we should throw a party. Y'know, a victory type thang." So I guess that's what $crim was trying to say earlier.

"I'm down fo' sho!" Kevin beamed, clearly excited by the idea, "Imma bring my girl too oh man June lemme tell you she's missed your goofy ass." My mood instantly perked up at the bought of reuniting with Courtney. "I missed her so much you better bring her round!" "Chill girl of course! Her cute ass would be hella fuckin' pissed if I didn't anyways." "We'll all I know is I'm down for a party, I need a break from working. It's got me fuckin' beat." Ruby yawned as he obnoxiously stretched his arms out. "An' the rest of y'all?" $crim asked, nodding his head towards Nick & Eric, I couldn't help but notice when he nodded a single dread had slipped out of the pony tail he had them up in & how he grunted in frustration as he re-did the ponytail. Made me laugh if I'm being honest.

"You know I'm always down fo' a lil' par-Tay! June c'mon whad'ya say lil' mama?" Nick had asked me, beaming like a kid in a candy store. I sighed, trying to decide whether I should go or not, I sighed as I gave my response, "I mean I have nothing to wear or nowhere to get ready or stay the night after or anything.." I began to feel my chest cave in once again but then Ruby piped up. "Well, we got a spare room, $crim n' I are lonely fuckers & no one ever stays there if maybe ya wanna stay there until ya get back on your feet?" I looked towards Scott, in need of reassurance considering I hadn't even talked to him so he knows nothing about me.

"I mean," he took a pull from another joint, letting the smoke linger in his lungs, finally exhaling the ghostly like clouds, "why the fuck not. Be fun'a have some company 'ere an' any frien' of Eric's a frien' of ours." I turned smiled back towards Ruby & sighed in disbelief. "Guys honestly I can't thank you enough..really. This means a lot considering you both have no clue who I even am. "Correction'. We had no clue... Bu' now we do!" $crim smiled in response.

"I don't know if I'll go to the party though.. I have nothing to wear unless I wanna show up in just casual clothes & that is not what I wanna do.." "Don't worry 'bout that we'll figure something out & anyways Courtney will be ovah to help you with 'oudda doubt so don't you worry girl." Kevin reassured me as he put an arm around me. I paused for a moment, leaving the guys in silence waiting for my answer with anticipation. Finally, I responded. "I'll go. Why not sure, it's only a bit of fun." They all clapped & cheered, but not as loud as when the pizza finally arrived. "Ugh 'bout fucking time. A mans is starvin'" Nick says as he grabbed a slice of pizza

Fast forward a few hours later //
9:20 pm

I felt my eyes begin to droop as I tried my hardest to refrain myself from falling asleep. "You tired?" Ruby grinned as I just giggled lightly back, not being able to stop myself from yawning. "Yeah," I chuckled "just a bit." "Well I can show you to your room if you wanna maybe take a nap or sum'?" He trailed his words towards the end of the question while rubbing the back of his head. "Yes. Please. I feel as though imma pass the fuck out." I said lightly laughing. "Grab yo things so and c'mon." He cocked his head towards the stairs as he held his hand out once again to help me up off the couch.

"I'm gonna go take a nap but if I'm not awake by the time you leave then goodnight." I waved following Ruby's silhouette up the dark staircase. "Night June" they said unison, "Just gimme a text hun & we can hang tomorrow!" Eric shouted as Ruby guided me up the staircase. "Y'know, you're alright. I mean $crim's a chill guy n' all but he doesn't really open well to new people." Ruby's voice echoed, almost ghost like through the empty hallway. "Oh and why's that?" I piped up, letting my curiosity get the best of me. "That, is anotha' story fo' anotha' day but as of now here's your room." He had opened the door gesturing for me to take a step inside before him. The room was cozy. Grey walls with a double bed up beside the door & a set of drawers by the window. The window was big.. it had cream coloured curtains drawn back revealing the dark, cloudy emptiness of the outside world.

"I uh, hope it's ok fo' ya.. I know it's not the greatest of rooms or the fanciest but-" I cut him off before he had the chance to finish. "Ruby it's perfect. Don't worry about it. I like it, it's cozy. Thank you so much. Im just grateful I got somewhere to say." I beamed up at him. His smile was the only response I needed to know he was convinced I was fine. "So uh, you all okay? If you need a n y t h i n g just holla. I'll be right down stairs." I smiled warmly. "Will do, goodnight Ruby." "Goodnight June." And with that, the door was shut & I was left with complete silence lingering from wall to wall.

I lazily threw my bags onto the bed as I began to rummage through their contents. I couldn't find any of my pyjamas but then I remembered. I threw them out because they were ripped & old. I mentally cursed to myself as I made my way down the hall & to the stairs. "Hey so I came to the realisation that I have no pyjamas or anything so uhm.. woul-" Ruby had cut me off, "I'm comin', I'm comin'." Ruby swiftly got up as he made his way up the (now dimly lit) staircase. He followed me back down the dark hall & into my room. "Ok you see this drawer? This has a bunch of $crim an' mine's clothes. Work away." His smile was beautiful, it beamed down in reassurance as I pulled out a black hoodie with FTP written on it. "Aye aye good choice." He chuckled, clearly indicating it was his hoodie.

I slipped off my knitted sweater, exposing my chest & bra. From the corner of my eye I noticed Ruby's gaze burning into my skin & as I turned my head towards him, his head darted away as his cheeks went crimson. "Y'know it's fine I don't care, really. It's just a bra." I chuckled as I slipped the hoodie over me, showing it was clearly bigger than my actual size. "Looks good on you.." Ruby smiled nervously & I lightly laughed. I decided to keep the leggings I was already wearing on. "Ok well, thank you. Really." I gave him a smile, him returning one back. As he was closing the door behind him I heard him respond. "Goodnight June." And with that,
