I was utterly confused. Harvey told me he was fine, but he didn't seem like it. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I knew he wasn't okay. I wanted to go see if he was okay like he promised, but I needed to finish the case.
I rifled through the newspapers, but they didn't show much; Sullivan won boxing, a couple wanted ads, the usual. Then something caught my eye. 'Mysterious Killer Burns Victim's Home After Murder'.
I looked a little closer, and saw a pair of women near the house. The victim didn't have any family; who are these women? I looked at another newspaper, one month in the future. A similar report, but the same women in the photo. More newspapers, but the same women. Are they connected? I couldn't tell who they were..
I gathered up the newspapers, and put them back into the box; maybe I'll go over it tomorrow with Brother Bradley. He always had a keen eye. I could also talk to Harvey, but he's sick, so I'll check on him tomorrow. I put my hat back on my head, and my coat on my back, then I quickly left. Harvey doesn't even have a coat; should I be concerned for him?
