It seemed like we walked for hours, although Simon was still carrying me. Then after a few more meters, we reached a very beautiful house, which i had to say, looked a'lot more larger than my father's.

Simon put me down in a gentle manner, still holding my hand. The man opened the big, black door with Victorian designs carefully crafted onto the wood, and revealed the things inside the large house. It was beautiful i had to admit, with one of those marble staircases, expensive furniture, and other things that i usually saw in houses like this.

We entered the house, and before i could blink, i saw the lady who had requested for us in the place where all the other slaves were. She was wearing white this time, with beautiful black linen designs on her gown, and black satin gloves covering her hands. She looked at me and Simon with her dark brown eyes, and then smiled, but it wasn't the warming and welcoming sort.

" Welcome to your new home.....which i believe you are already aware that you are not here to do nothing, you are here for a purpose, for you both look quite useful in my sight, and i do not expect one of you trying to leave this place, from now on, you are both of my property, and you will obey anything and everything i say...are we clear?" She woman said watching both me and Simon with a pair of unsettling eyes, which scared me for a moment.

"Are we clear!" She snapped, which made me jump behind Simon, who stood frozen, and i could feel how stiff he was for his hands weren't moving at all.

We both nodded after a while, then the woman smirked at Simon before walking away from us into the downstairs hall, and before she disappeared behind another door, she snapped her gloved fingers, and a girl came from the left corridor, the same girl i saw in the slave market, shading that woman with an umbrella.

She approached the woman, and the woman told her to do something, although i couldn't hear what the woman was saying, then after a few moments, the girl nodded in reply to the woman, and the woman entered the door, and locked it behind her.

The girl stood in front of the door, with an unwilling look on her face. She hesitated for a moment, the approached us, with the same look on her face, and introduced herself.

"My name is Lyn" she said in a shy voice, "Were both of you sent here in the carriage, or did you have to walk?" She then asked. "We came in the carriage." Simon said in reply, and i too, nodded with Simons words. " alright...please follow me, and don't wander off, or you will definitely get lost, this is a large house." She told us, and she started walking to the staircase in the hall, and we followed her as she ascended.

When we got to what i assumed was the second floor, she led us into another hall, and we turned left at a corner, and we then went up another staircase, but this time the stairs were wooden and a little dusty, and it ended at an old looking door, with worn wood and a few tiny holes on it only giving you a subtle hint of what was behind it. The girl then opened it with a key, and entered. We followed her basically because we had to, and stopped at least a meter in front of her, and stared. We both didn't have a clue on what we were supposed to do, until Lyn final spoke. "Your beds are over there, i prepared them for you when i was informed that you were coming." She said...she had a shy kind of voice, perhaps that was because she had just met us.

..........

It took me a while to figure out why that woman decided to keep us, even though i thought that she didn't like the look of me when she first saw me in the slave market, but there was one thing i didn't like...I didn't like the was she was starting to look at Simon, and how she acted around him, it was extremely unsettling for me to have to put up with it and say nothing.

Nightfall came, and we were still in the same room, and no tasks came from the woman so it was just fools luck. We decided to put out the candle, since it was the only source of light in the room, and we went to our beds.

I didn't want to sleep in my own bed because i felt very insecure, so i crawled close to Simon, who smiled and hugged me when i got close enough, and i snuggled up next to him, and it made me feel more comfortable.

As i was about to drift off to sleep, somehow i knew that i needed to stay here, because i had nowhere else to go.
