Chapter 10: The Letter

Third Person POV

After that day, Nana had agreed that she will find a way to help train (y/n) though it will be hard at first, the pro hero knew she needed help, so she asked her friend for help to train the girl, while she trained the boy.

A few days passed by and all students that signed up to U.A would be sent a letter to inform them if they got in, or not.

(Y/n) was pacing back in forth, waiting nervously and anxiously for the letter to arrive, she couldn't sleep or eat because of how nervous she was. What if she didn't get accepted? What would she do? How would she help Toshinori? How could she become a hero?

As she was thinking, Kotaro brought her out of her pounding thoughts by pulling on her sport pants. She stopped and looked down to see a worried face, Kotaro's eyes were tearing up a bit. Seeing this the black haired girl picked up the baby and held him tight.

"Shh, it's ok Kotaro. I'm fine, i'm just nervous, don't feel bad about yourself, ok?" With that being said the girl picked his head up with one arm, while holding him with the other and gave   him a kiss on the cheek.

By doing so, Kotaro stopped crying and smiled at the girl, he then placed his tiny hands on her cheeks and kissed her on her nose. Kotaro felt better now that (y/n) was not a nervous wreck. Both of them were having a joyful moment until Mai, ran up to them, hugging (y/n) by her thighs.

"(Y/n)! Guess what! Guess what!"

"Whoa there buddy! What wrong? Did someone try to attack my princess?" The black haired girl stood in-front of Mai while posing in a rather defensive stance. "Show thy self!"

Mai started giggling and shook her head. "No! That's not the problem! Look!"

The teenager turned around to see what her little sister wanted to show her as she held Kotaro close to her. Mai squeezed her eyes shut while extending her hands forward, she seemed to struggle as she started to grunt, then her palms started to glow pink as she reopened her eyes to see the gorgeous yet enchanting pink glow.

(Y/n) watched closely, clearly astonished by the pink glow, yet also wondering what her quirk might be. "Wow that's amazing! We need to celebrate!" Said the excited teenager, Kotaro was smiling happily as well as he tried to reach for Mai's glowing pink hands.

The small girl simply smiled satisfied that not only did she manage to show off her quirk towards her big sister, but she also help her relax and forget about the letter she would be receiving.

"We can have a big party! Well, of course, if my princess wants that to occur." The teenager bowed down at the younger girl who was simply giggling. (Y/n) had placed Kotaro down and he also mimicked his older sisters actions.

"Yeah! We can invite my friends! Oh yeah, you can also invite your boyfriend and friends to the party!" Mai said while running up to her sister and hugging her thighs again.

(Y/n) blushed at the comment her sister said, clearly she was talking about Toshinori, she did know your not dating right?

"Mai, sweetie, you do know Toshinori and I aren't dating right?"

The little girl looked surprised.

"Wait your not? I thought you guys were since your always together and having fun!"

"Well, no were not, and if you excuse me, ill be back and tell them about the party, ok?"

"Okay, but i still ship you guys." Mai whispered in a pout as (Y/n) walked to another room.
