He sees a car dragging Sanem on the ground and the motorcycle flying in the air he can't move his limbs it's like he became a statue, everything is moving in slow motion blood everywhere her helmet flying off, can he really lose her just like that, and would she really leave him in this world all alone.

This must be a nightmare.

He still can't move, he feels drops of water on his face is it raining no its not, he was crying.

The car that hit Sanem ran away but every other car on the street stopped and got out to help, someone called the ambulance and Can started walking very slowly maybe he will wake up or anything other than to reach her and see her like that he is still walking and he didn't wake up maybe this is real, a lot of people were around her but he pushed them without talking, when they looked at him they could tell that he knows her they all felt sorry for him, when he reached her the blood was everywhere he stepped on something hard, "oh my god why.." he said to himself, it was her necklace he felt more tears fall down his face, he then bent down and held very tightly he couldn't bare the idea of living in this world without Sanem.

He sat down on the floor and held Sanem acting like she was a sleep and he whispered "wake up sevgilim, wake up its okay everything will be okay I'm here" he kept whispering the same words while caressing her hair and kissing her forehead he then could smell her fragrance, this killed him smelling her now was hard this could be the last time he ever smells her. "You'll be just fine, I'm here by your side please wake up we still have a long way to go."

The ambulance finally came, they tried to check Sanem but he wouldn't let them, to him if they checked her they will declare her dead or something and he wouldn't let that happen, the crowd convinced him to let go maybe they can save her, and finally he did they carried her on to the gurney and checked for a pulse.....

"It's there but very faint we need to go to the hospital now" they put her in the ambulance and the people left while Can was still standing star struck he still can't believe what he just heard "there's a pulse" she is still alive, he ran to the ambulance to ride with them and sat next to her holding her hand and kissing it then he noticed there was blood all over his hands he tried to ignore it until he saw blood dripping from her head "this just can't be she is not going to leave me, she is stronger than this"

While they were on their way to the hospital Can called Leyla.

"Hello" Can said while trembling. "Yes Can bey is everything okay?" "Leyla, Sanem had an accident and we are on our way to the hospital" "what? is it bad, is she conscious?" "It's okay Leyla can you just meet me at the hospital." "Yes I'm coming right away."

When they reached the hospital they all came down Can still holding Sanem's hand and everything was suddenly happening very fast they took her right away to the OR, so now Can was just waiting and again time was slower than ever every second felt like a decade its like time was playing tricks on him, he was pacing around the hallway until he heard someone calling out for him "Can beyy" it was Leyla dragging her whole family behind her.

"what happened son how is Sanem" Mevkiba said while shaking "she was hit by a car while driving" he teared up a bit but gathering himself so no one can notice, "but she is okay right she is going to get through this" Leyla said anxious for some assurance from Can, not knowing that even he can't answer that question right now.

It was hours before the doctor finally came out. Nihat, Mevkiba and Leyla were sitting down while Can was stilling pacing around the second he saw the doctor her ran to him "how is she?" the doctor was very blunt "she had many internal injuries but that's not what concerns me, she hit her head hard in the crash, we will watch her very closely for the next 48 hours, you all should leave now and come tomorrow morning you can't help her now" he left right away leaving them all in complete shock.
