I wake up to the sound of laughing. I open my eyes and the light coming in through the window almost blinds me. They really need some blackout curtains in here. I sit up on the bed and rub my eyes. I look at the floor where I last saw Austin and it was just a lump of blankets.
I stretch my arms above my head and let out a low groan feeling my back crack. I look around the room and see it was relatively clean compared to any boys room I've been in, especially five of them. I heard the sound of heavy shoes coming back and I pulled the blanket close to me.
They carefully opened the door popping their head in. It was Austin, the second he laid his eyes on me he had a wide smile. "Hey, there sleepy head. I brought you some coffee." He walked in and closed the door gently behind him.
I relaxed knowing it was Austin and gave him a small smile. "I really appreciate your kindness." I said. He was such a nice person, the only person who was this nice to me was Dominic.
"It's really no problem." He sat at the end of the bed holding a small coffee cup. "I didn't know what you liked so I just got you french vanilla."
I took the small cup and it warmed my fingers instantly. I could feel Austin's eyes staring me down. "I can tell the guys to leave if you want to shower?" He questioned me.
I shook my head in protest. "No, I think I'll just walk back to the hotel room. You've already done so much for me." I was cut off by Austin putting his hand up.
"It's what any reasonable person would do. I'm just glad I could help." He said putting his hand back down.
"I don't have any clean clothes." I stated sipping the warm coffee. It filled me full of warmth and it felt amazing.
"Don't worry about that I'll go get you some. I'll tell the guys to leave, okay?" He said standing up. I nodded in agreement. He smiled at me one last time before leaving the room. I heard muffled voices and then silence. The door creaked back open and it was Austin a pile of neatly folded clothes in his hands. "The only thing I couldn't find was undergarments."
"That's fine Austin, thank you very much." I took one last sip of my coffee before getting up and walking over to the tall man. I took the pile of clothes and thanked him again. I walked into the bathroom and set the neat pile of clothes on the small counter.
"I'll be out in the sitting room. When you're done you can just put your clothes and tower behind the door. I'll have a bag for your clothes."
He went to close the door but I grabbed it quickly. "Umm... I want to thank you. You've been really nice to me and I don't know why." I quickly wrapped my arms around him giving him a tight hug. I could feel his body tense up a few moments later he wrapped his arms back around me and gave me a squeeze. "Thank you again." I said letting go of his warm body.
Austin smiled at me before closing the door leaving me in the small bathroom. I looked in the mirror, I was a mess. My red hair was tangled in a mess, my makeup was running down my face, and I had bags under my eyes from hell.
I started the water and soon hopped into the warm water that consumed my body. I wonder what Dominic was thinking when they all left me behind. I know he probably didn't do it on purpose but it is still pretty upsetting. The only soap they had was Old Spice, I grabbed the bottle squeezing a pretty good amount into my hand. I rubbed it in my hair and the smell was overbearing.
The more I think about the smell of this soap, the more I think about Dominic. When I gave him a hug yesterday this is what he smelled like under all the smoke I smelled. I rinsed my hair one last time before turning off the hot water and stepping out onto the floor. I grabbed my towel drying myself off then wrapped the towel in my hair.
