Our next class was History, which was very informational, but not very fun. We walked over to the west tower, where we had to climb fifteen flights of stairs, just to get to our class. By the time we got their the teacher had just begun. "Hello, class, I am Master Greggore, I will be your History instructor for your entire carrier in this school." He said in a calming, yet monotone voice. "Today you will learn about the first mages and how magic came to be." At this a boy in the front raised his hand. "Yes?" Master Greggore said, acknowledging the boy. "Sir, I already know about the first mages, may I be excused?" asked the boy smugly, Greggore seemed to contemplate this for a second. "No, your name is Hartel, if I am not mistaken. I was warned about you. You will not leave this class room at anytime during class whether you think you know the curriculum or not." Hartel looked a little embarrassed and looked at his shoes. "Yes, sir." "Good, now we will continue. At the beginning of our great kingdom, there were four priests. These priests did not feel like the King would be able to control his kingdom alone. Because of this the priests felt that they were the ones who needed absolute power, so they requested, from the gods, magic. The gods did not like the intentions of the priests, so instead of giving these priests the magic that they had created, they gave it to fifteen demigods, and told them to bring order to the kingdom with this gift they had been given, and so they did." As Greggore recited his obviously well-memorized speech, something happened. I started to see what he was talking about, literally. I watched as the king barely held power, as the priests prayed for magic, and how the fifteen founders of the order of mages used their all the magics to bring peace to the kingdom. What surprised me the most was that the mages seemed to be able to use every magic, and not just a single one like mages today can. As the strange vision faded away, Greggore seemed to be looking at me, in fact, everyone was. I looked at Nick and asked what was wrong. "Y-your eyes, they were glowing, like bright white, an-and you were using some sort of magic." I looked down at my hands, to my astonishment, there where twin symbols, both like that which I had summoned in Master Ganvrey's class, except they where bright white. I quickly shoot out my hands trying to get rid of them, some how it worked. "Alexander," I looked up and Master Greggore was standing in front of me. "Come with me." I stood followed him out of the door.

"So, Master Greggore tells me you used time magic?" Asked Grand Master Ganhold, he seemed not to be surprised, more of just interested. I was sitting in a large room at the top of the Northern tower, it was strangely ovular with the desk at the back of the room, curving into the shape of the wall. "I Don't know, sir." I replied, he looked at me with accusing eyes. "Did you see what Greggore was talking about?" "I think so sir, I just thought it was my imagination." I said, lamely. "Well, it wasn't, what you saw was the truth, and only few have ever seen magic as you have used." He said quite sensibly. "We must keep this a secret, Master Greggore, being the only mage that I know of who's primary magic is time, has wiped your classes memory of that moment for their safety and yours. You will train with Master Greggore in the art of time magic, in secret, do you understand?" He once again looked at me accusingly as I began to mess with one of the many items on his desk. "Oh, um, yes, sir. I will sir." I quickly put down the weird box that I was messing with. "Good, now go to the arena for weapons training, I will inform Master Barton as to why you are late."
