Kara's Memory Loss

Part 12

You are Kara/ Supergirl.

J'onn J'onzz: Hey, Mon-El. You are always down here now. Gosh, you have so many lights on down here, it's 9 pm. You need a drink. Come on. After finding about all this Kara stuff you could really use one.

Mon-El: Thanks. I have been working on this ship for Kara. I mean It's the least I could do, we were working on it for 2 years.

J'onn J'onzz: Are you a caveman or something you have barely left this place since the accident.

Mon-El: Yeah, maybe.

J'onn J'onzz: Kara seemed to be doing better. I talked to her before she left. She seemed happy about something. Have you talked to her yet?

Mon-El: Earlier. She didn't know who I was. I mean I knew she wouldn't. I guess I just thought maybe. Just maybe, she would get her memory back if she saw me.

J'onn J'onzz: Memory is a tricky thing, Mon-El. You just have to let her remember on her own.

Mon-El: Yeah, I know. I just wish she would remember me. Remember everything. I just miss her. I miss her so much, J'onn

J'onn J'onzz: We all do. We are helping her by not telling her anything.

Mon-El: I know we are supposed to do that, but what if we just tell her. I mean what's the worst thing that could happen. All she wants is for someone to tell her the truth. We had the best moment earlier too. She kept calling me weird. But it was the cutest thing. I know we can not tell her everything but what if we show her. Think about it. We can't force her to remember but what if seeing something triggers something in her brain and she remembers that moment. It's probably stupid. And really risky. I am not sure I'd want to try it if it'll make things worse. I should probably just listen to you and Alex.

J'onn J'onzz: Well, Alex is very smart and I might not be able to read Kryptonian minds but I think it's best if Kara figures it out on her own. and I think you should listen to Alex. You will be fine. So will she. You just have to wait for her, you already did that for a year. All you have to do is wait a little longer.

Mon-El: Except that's what we said about her waking and that took a year. I just wish I could be with her now.

J'onn J'onzz: You guys were like a Disney couple you'll figure it out.

Mon-El: I hope that we will this time. But how are we supposed to fix it if she can't remember any of it?

J'onn J'onzz: She will remember. I am not sure when but she will. In the meantime you better not drink yourself into a hole again. That wasn't fun for anyone.

Mon-El: Yeah, I won't this time. I am going to wait for her, for as long as I have to.

*J'onn J'onzz was getting a call.*

J'onn J'onzz: Shoot, that's the DEO. We should go.
