Chapter 34: New member of the brown family

      Joy POV
  
    *Thunder 3 months later*

       I jumped up from my sleep out of Lucas embrace.

Lucas- baby (I heard him whine)

Joy- sorry love the thunder scared me

Lucas- come here

    I scooted my back to him. He wrapped his arms above my belly and held me tightly. I felt secured and safe. I grabbed his arm, the baby kicked. Smiling down at my belly.
       Lucas snuggled his head in the crook of my neck. I felt the baby kick again.

Lucas- somebody else is awake (he mumbled)

Joy- yep (I starred at the rain)

       Lucas got up and went to the bathroom. After he handle his business, I was laying on my back. He got in between my legs, he placed his head gently on my belly. He placed his hands on my stomach.

Lucas- hey daddy baby me and mommy can't wait to see you

I smiled as I felt the baby move to his voice. Another book filled the room causing me to jump again. Lucas pecked my belly then slowly came up to me. He kissed my lips softly.

Lucas- you ok baby?

Joy- yeah I'm fine

     I felt something wet coming out of me, then a whole lot of pain.

Lucas- baby did you pee your self

       I yelped in pain as it increased. Hearing my parents foot steps, Lucas got off of me. My mom came barging in the room then my dad.

Belle- baby what's wrong (coming by my side)

         Dad turned on the lights, that's when my mom gasped.

Belle- Chris baby start the car

      He nodded and rushed out the room.

Lucas- what's wrong (concerned)

Belle- Lucas (I slowly rosed up)

     My parents both helped me up and walked me out the room. They walked me out in the house, when we got close to the car, the excoriating pain came back. My dad picked me up and placed me in the car. Mom rushed to the driver side and started the car. I laid my head on my hand trying not to cry as I rubbed my belly.

Lucas Coly Pov

Royalty- oh my gosh I'm going to be a auntie today

Currently we were at the hospital waiting outside the room. Her parents were in the room comforting her as best as they can. I will be in a minute but right now I need to breathe and pray for everything to be ok.

Chris- Lucas you good

      I raised my head up to see Mr. Brown standing in front of me. He sat next to me with a look of concern.

Lucas- yeah I'm just scared to be honest

Chris- being a father for the first time is, I remember being scared but then when I held my girls for the first time I was filled with pure joy instead of fear

Lucas- yeah

Chris- just breathe and you will be fine

Lucas- ok

I took a breather and got up. Mr. Brown smiled at me and patted my back and we walked into the room. Joy was breathing and her mom was rubbing her back calming her down.

Lucas- hey baby

Joy- Lucas (she whined) it hurts (she cried out)

Lucas- I'm sorry baby it'll be over soon

Joy POV

                       ~8 hours later~

     This shit hurts!

Doctor- alright how is our pain tolerance joy

Joy- it hurts it hurts (I cried out)

Doctor- I know hunny but it will be ok baby you look like you can take the epidermal, it will help the pain (she explained to me)

    I felt a huge contraction causing me to scream out in pain.

Doctor- ok ok (looking at my area) looks like the baby is ready to meet the family so dad get the nurses for me, and baby dad stand by mommy and help her stay calm

     Lucas breathed and grabbed my hand as my dad got the nurses. I breathed in and out, as I felt a needle go in me.

Joy- what was that

Doctor- sorry baby girl I gave the epidermal now are we doing this birth natural or

    Me and Lucas both said natural. But I felt Lucas grip my hand a little tighter. I looked at him and a wave of fear came across his face.

Chris- I'm back

Doctor- nurse Jess help me prop yo her legs

       My legs came up, I felt a another huge contraction.

Nurse Jess- ok so I see the crown so momma this is where you start the pushing so I'm count to 3 when you here the number 3 give the biggest push you got ok

   I nodded and breathed.

Nurse- alright 1,2, and 3

     I pushed the hardest I can and I felt something ripping my vagina apart causing me to scream out in agony.

Nurse- nice job mommy we got the head out so 1,2, and 3 push

   I pushed hard again and I felt more coming out.

Doctor- you are doing great mommy just 2 more pushes

        When the nurse said 3, I pushed again. We were about to go again. This shit hurts so much.

Doctor- joy you have to push a lot harder on this last one

Joy- no no it hurts (I cried)

Lucas- baby cmon just one more push for me please just one more

     I looked at Lucas through watery eyes and saw his eyes encouraging me. I nodded my head and gripped his hand tighter. When the nurse said 3, I pushed the hardest I ever done. I screamed out in agony as I felt the baby leave my body. I panted out as my breath felt like it was taken away. The hearing of my baby cries filled me with joy.

Lucas- it's a boy baby

Joy- a boy (I rasped out)

Lucas Pov

    I fell instantly for my new little prince that was in my arms. I felt the tears coming to my eyes. I looked at joy and a relief came over me, she was smiling at us. I kissed her forehead and gave her our baby boy. She cried tears of joy looking at our son.

Joy- he's  beautiful baby

Lucas- yes he is love

Nurse- so have you guys thought of a name

Joy- I think imma name him Michael Coly brown

Belle- I like it baby

Lucas- so do I baby

Nurse- alright then I will get the birth certificate welcome to the world Michael
