Things You'll Need:
1. A pocket knife
2. An abandoned hospital with an operation-room
3. For the time to be night
Step 1:
At 8:00 p.m. go to the abandoned hospital and go to the operation-room with the pocket knife in your hand
Step 2:
Once you get into the operation-room turn so your back is facing the entrance and then chant:
"I haven't been feeling well.
I am very ill.
May you help me Dr. Smiley?"
You will then hear footsteps coming from the door, do not turn around. The door will open and he'll say:
"In need of my assistance? Let's start the operation."
After he says that, protect yourself with the pocket knife, if not he will kill you,
