in the midst of the winter season , the members of nct were given a day off to do whatever they desired .
taking it as an advantage , jaemin chose to hang out with his girlfriend while the others went out to do who knows what .
before they left , haechan had told the younger , " we live here too so don't get up to any mischief. "
the sassy boy even had the audacity to smirk at the double meaning of his words .
before he could even say anything further , mark was already dragging his friend away by the collar of his t-shirt .
after that whole ordeal , the doorbell rang once more which signalled the arrival of the person that jaemin was waiting for .
standing in the doorway was [ y/n ] with her arms open wide , an invitation for the boy to hug her .
of course , he accepted the invite and even came close to squeezing the air out of the poor girl .
she made no move to scold him for it since she would have done the same thing to him , only even tighter than his.
the [ h/c ] girl obviously agreed for her dates with him were seldom so why not stay with him for as long as she can ?
the only thing she wasn't counting on was the temperature of the dreamies' dorms as she thought it would be warm .
the reality was quite the opposite as the place felt like an igloo rather than an actual home , leaving [ y/n ] to shiver from time to time .
" nana , it's really cold so can i use your jumper ? " cuddled up in his arms , the boy absentmindedly gave her permission as he focused on the ongoing movie .
knowing the place like the back of her hand , the girl has no issues in finding her destination which was fortunately unlocked .
snagging one of her partner's sweaters , she slipped it on despite the fact that it so big that it flowed past her knees with her hands fully covered .
once [ y/n ] walked back into the living room where her boyfriend made himself comfortable , he diverted his attention to her and noticed the sweater paws that replaced her hands .
" that's too big on you jagi . " [ y/n ] pouted at her boyfriend as he tried his best to stifle his laugh.
" but it looks cute on me , right ? " jaemin made no move to answer her question for he was too busy hiding his laughs behind fake coughs .
taking his reaction as an answer, the [ h/c ] girl walked off to find one of the other dreamies with a pout etched on her lips .
unfortunately for her , the backup plan flew out of the window since he had immediately identified what she was up to and pulled her back into his embrace .
" the others aren't here so we have the dorm all to ourselves . " with nana's suggestive tone lingering in his words , [ y/n ] tried her best to pull away from him to no avail.
" do i need to tell you off to taeyong oppa ? " shuddering at the thought of his leader's lectures , the boy reluctantly let his girlfriend go with the girl sticking her tongue out at him .
" now that wasn't too hard . " jaemin simply grumbled under his breath about how it supposedly was hard yet y/n paid no attention to his strop .
" be honest , does it really look that bad to you ? " with another pout upon her lips , she simply stared at him with her eyes clearly telling him that she wanted his honest opinion .
" if i were to be honest , it's actually quite the opposite . you look really cute, especially with the sweater paws . " with a smile gracing her features , the female brought herself back into her partner's embrace with the feeling of warmth surrounding them .
it was such a cute scene that nothing could ruin it , nothing at all .
until . . .
" i wonder what's hidden beneath my sweater. "
