I followed Ben to the second floor,  then down a hallway to one last door. "What was that laughing about?" he frowned at me. "Oh, nothing... it was just your face, I already told you." I giggled. "What, my face?" he grinned. "Yeah" I laughed as I grinned back at him. He opened the room's door. "Feel yourself at home" he said as I entered. "Thanks, Ben" I smiled and he closed the door going away. I looked around the room. There was a big bed with a dark purple quilt and matching pillows, a desk on a corner, a window with white curtains and a door that led to a bathroom. I sat on the bed, leaving my bag aside. it was very conforting. I got off my boots and sat opening my great-grandmother's book.  I started reading.

"Dear Blair, since you were born I knew you were the one. That's why I made sure this book would get to you when you grew old enough. I know you would not know me, so I will say you everything in this book. If you are reading this right now, is becuase you have surely grown, Blair. I really believe in you. And this will not be easy, no it's not going to be and you need to choose wisely in every decision you make, but I will tell you my dear,  'sometimes the right path is not the easiest one'. But if you really belive that you need to continue in this mission, you have to do it. Don't stop even if someone tells you to. If you're determined you can do everything. Blair, I want you to know the secrets and I want you to know everything, so you would not hurt anyone, I know you just started and you just discovered about it, but you have to believe. If you want to discover everything, you must keep reading this book. Blar... I give you all my luck.

                                               I love you,  your great-grandmother Madeleine. - Z

Someone knocked suddenly on the door. "Come in" I said quickly. I turned to the door and saw Jeff walking towards me. "Hey Blair, what are you doing?" He said, a big grin on his face. "Oh, I was just reading the book, just to know what should I do." I explained to him. "Umm, are you okay?" he said. "Yes... why do you say that?" I made a small chuckle. "Oh just, nothing... and, you know what are you doing next?"

"Well, I just have to do what the book says." I grinned at him.
