I woke up at 10.00 am. The lights peeked through the curtains, and the view of the city was at it's finest. The birds sang their sweet songs, and I honored it all for just a couple of minutes before I dragged myself out of the bed.
I went down and made breakfast for both my mother and myself. She was too tired to do anything, she could barely move these days. My mother was diagnosed with cancer, for about six months ago, and ever since, I had to be in charge of all the chores.
I walked into my moms bedroom with the food I had just made. She smiled, and gave me a hug as I greeted her. "Hello my angel." She said to me. I looked at her with such empathy in my eyes. She truly didn't deserve any of this.

My phone buzzed as I watched tv, and it was Jimin and Jin who was texting me.

I just got to the park, and I saw Jin and Jimin standing outside a cafe, they soon noticed me, and they at waved me.
"Hey Mee Mee!" Jimin said, and Jin nodded. "Hello." I answered. "A friend told me that this place has really good ice cream, can we eat here?" Jin asked, and both Jimin and I agreed.
We got inside and ordered our ice creams. We got seated at a place with a beautiful view at the park. "How's your mother doing, Mee?" Jimin asked. "She's been better, but I managed to save up almost enough money for her first treatment, so that's good I guess." They both looked at me with such understanding in their eyes, but I didn't want them to feel bad for me so I tried changing the subject. " So how's your dating life going, worldwide handsome?" I asked Jin. "There are so many guys, and so little time." He simply answered and laughed. Jin was a moodmaker, and managed to always leave a smile on my face. "What about you, Jimin?" I asked, and he suddenly became a bit nervous. "I-I am not sure, I mean, I don't really know, or-or yeah.." Jin and I bursted out in laughter. Jimin was so flustered and cute.
After talking about everything and nothing, we finally said our good byes before heading home.
