How did you notice that something was wrong with Jungkook?

The group just finished their set. The two youngest were having problems breathing. Y/N has been sick for the past week, but she refused to take a break. The girl looked over to her elder and saw his head down. His body was swaying side to side. The girl got concerned and walked up to him. She put her hand on his shoulder.
"Hey, you okay." The girl shouted because of the music blasting around them. The boy tries to nod 'Yes' but fainted. The girl catches the boy in her arms, and the medical staff rushed in to help her.

I knew something was wrong because I know he overworks himself without even knowing it, and he also looked out of it so.
Why did you help Jungkook, and not yourself? You were also having problems with breathing.
I guess you can say I care more about other people than myself. It's just a habit I have.
