Ariel 💕

Today we're having our paternity shoot and I am so excited. So happy to be 6 months along in this pregnancy. It means I'm only getting closer to the birth of our baby boy.

Right now I had on a pair of black ripped jeans and a white button up shirt, which was unbuttoned for the belly to be seen. DLo had on black jeans with no shirt.

He sat down on the brown stool as I stood in front of him. His hands were on the sides of my belly. I look back at him, kissing his lips.

"I love you." I muffle against his lips.

"I love you more." He replied.

I grin. He then did his fingers in a heart shape on my stomach as I held onto his forearms, smiling.

The next picture that was taken was me sticking my tongue out at the camera with one eye closed. I was cradling my stomach.

Several hours had passed and we were finally done.

Flashback: July 2017

So far I have taken DLo all over Brooklyn, and it's taken him quite a while to find a place that best fit his interest. When he did, I was able to sigh in relief.

Now we stand in the living room of his newly brought apartment, which he's currently mentally sculpting out. I just stand there awkwardly until he's done.

"Ah man, this is perfect." He confessed, looking around in wonder.

I grip the iPad closer to my chest, ready to hand over the keys to his new place. When he finally turned to face me, I held the key out to him.

"Congratulations D'Angelo." I exclaim, dropping the key into his hand.

He tried to make it unnoticeable, but I saw his smile falter just a tad bit. My stomach churned at the thought of him not liking the place anymore and it worried me.

Did I do something wrong?

"What's wrong?" I ask.

"Nothing. The place is beautiful, really." He said, looking down at the key in his hand.

"Oh. Okay." I say, a little less confused but still fairly confused.

He looked up again, pursing his lips. He looked around again, before landing his gaze on me once again.

"I just feel like it's missing something." He said.

"You...haven't even moved in yet." I say, narrowing my eyes in question.

"That's the thing though," he paused. "I can't move in yet. Not without everything I need."

I sigh, unfolding my arms and holding them out.

"What else could you possibly need?" I chuckle in hysterics.
