"So it is clear then," Master Mace Windu concluded, "Tomorrow we shall send a troop of clones to Shili to extract Commander Tano and company from our hidden base on the planet. We trust this elite crew will find a way onto the planet and off without the Separatists noticing."

"Yes, yes," Master Yoda agreed, "Glad to hear she is doing well, we are. Rex, thank you. You and her shall go to Mandalore, once she arrives. Awaits, a enormous battle does."

"Sir, yes, sir," Rex saluted to the old master.

"This concludes our meeting then," Mace said, "May the-"

"Wait! Master Windu," Anakin interrupted, "What general shall be accompanying the clones to Shili?"

"The council is in agreement that the clones we are sending and Commander Tano can handle themselves, for they all have excellent training and experience, and after all we are spread out too thin right now. We cannot afford to send another Jedi into the expansion region."

"With respect, that doesn't make any sense, Master. How can we send troops on a mission without a general, that will not-"

"Young Skywalker, the council knows you were close with your former apprentice. Do not let your emotions cloud your judgement for our decision. The clones will be okay, now return to your mission, meeting adjourned. May the force be with you."

"May the force be with you," everyone returned. The holocomm clicked off and all the Jedi masters surrounding Rex, Obi-wan and Anakin disappeared. Obi-wan crossed his arms and turned to Anakin.

"Anakin," Obi-wan snarked, "I might say, out of all the times you desperately tried to change the council's mind, that was quite pathetic. The clones can't go on missions by themselves? Seriously?" Obi-wan let out a chuckled. Anakin rested his hand on his forehead and let out a sigh.

"Master, you know the council is doing this on purpose. They are doing everything they can to not let me see her," Anakin snarled in return, "Besides, I think you know I am going to accompany the clones anyways, since when was I one to follow orders?" Skywalker couldn't help to let out a laugh.

"I was afraid you were going to say that," Obi-wan sighed as he walked to the other side of the projector and paused. After a few moments of analysis, he continued, "but Anakin, I really think this time it is best you listen to the council. We have plenty of work ahead of us where we are going." Anakin put his head down and pondered on what his Master was saying. He was so glad to hear that Ahsoka was alive and well. From the moment he saw her tinted-blue hologram, he had to see her as soon as possible. He had just found her, and it terrified him that he could lose her again before he got the opportunity to reunite with her. He glanced back up to Obi-wan and crossed his arms, mimicking him.

"I suppose you are right, Master, maybe it is time we retire for the night, we have a long trip ahead of us after all. Goodnight," Anakin reluctantly let out. Obi-wan returned the goodnight, as did Rex, and Anakin headed towards his quarters for the night.
