Joe and Dianne are in week 9 of strictly come dancing and it is in Blackpool
Joe's POV
I was so nervous to perform in Blackpool tonight I felt like I had to impress Dianne. We've been getting so close recently I really hope we stay this close after the show ends. It was time to get makeup and hair done Dianne and I were next to each other taking about how to improve and laughing a joking. She said
"Whatever happens tonight I will be proud you've been amazing!"
I smiled and then we were called to enter stage for the opening of the show.
The stage was so much bigger than in London but I knew I had to make Dianne proud
Dianne's POV
Today was Blackpool day and I was so excited! I couldn't wait to dance in front of Joe's nan! I could tell Joe was very nervous so I took him away from any cameras and gave him the biggest hug and said
"Don't be nervous you'll smash it!"
He smiled at me and our hands brushed past each other and then I took hold of his hand and I had a warm fuzzy feeling inside! Joe and I knew about all the roomers about us being a couple, but we don't want to deny them. I don't think it's a good idea to be a couple when we still have at least 3 more weeks to be dancing!
Joe's POV
It was finally our turn to dance. We were in the staring position, I took a deep breath and shouted
"Lady's and Gentlemen it's showtime at the Blackpool tower"
Then I started dancing, doing every step Dianne had taught me with so much energy. And like that the dance was over and I hugged Dianne and squeezed her! I was so happy! The judges gave good comments then we went up to see Claudia to get the results
"Craig Revel Horwood"
"8" the audience gave a slight boo
"Darcy Bussell"
"10" I was so shocked my eyes started filling up
"Shirley Ballas"
"10" I couldn't believe it!
"Bruno Tonioli"
"10" OMG that was it Dianne and I were both in tears!
We left the stage and I gave Dianne a massive hug picked her up and spun her around and she started giggling. I said
"I've never been happier"
