Joe & Dianne~ it was fate

chapter six~goodbye again

Dianne's POV
I woke up laying on the floor with a cold flannel on my face. i could tell i was holding something or someone's hand and then i remembered that i was at the airport and i had a flight to catch! My eyes opened as wide as ever and joe said to me
"woah take it easy gorgeous, you've just fainted"
i slowly sat up and leant on the wall sipping a bottle of water someone had given me. My vision started to get better and i could now see about 6 people crowed around me.
"it's ok i faint all the time when i'm stressed there's no need to worry"

i said as i was slowly getting used to my surroundings
Joe's POV
thankfully i managed to catch dianne just before she hit the ground. I had dealt with my friend fainting before so i knew what to do! i lay dianne down and shouted if someone could bring a cold cloth. I placed it on her head and many people had gathered around trying to help. about 5 minutes later dianne's eyes started flickering open. i started to stroke her head and play with her red locks. her eyes went huge and she said
"my flight!"
i told her to calm down and explained what had happened. eventually she understood and started to become a lot more aware of things. she told me that she faints all the time due to stress and she was just stressed about flying.
Dianne's POV
Joe was so kind staying with me until i'd calmed myself down. i'd missed my flight but luckily they let me get the next one which was 2 hours later. Joe said he'd stay with me which was so sweet of him! the two hours flew by and occasionally people kept on coming back to check i was okay. joe and i just talked and laughed and talked for what felt like ages! then it was time for me to go. i stood up and gave joe a hug saying
"let's try this again ay!"
joe lightly squeezed me back and then kissed me on the forehead. i grabbed my suitcase and wheeled it along behind me turning my head around the last time before turning the corner.
Joe's POV
I watched her beautiful red hair disappear into the crowd of people. i hope she will be ok!
