Imagine Blue Tears

Imagine blue tears dripping on a yellow flower.

No, not blue. Picture them red because red is the colour of love and sadness is romantic now.

I think it's absurd because I have only ever had my heart broken by depression, never mended.

The flower is yellow because forget-me-nots are blue and I do not want you to forget me.

I am a sunflower to you. Very, very far away.

Imagine a city-lit sky with eyes drifting into the stars because you lied to me when you said there were stars in my eyes and

left

me

star struck.
