   "I want those plants moved over by those windows and the orchestra opposite of the windows," I said to the party organizers, "This has to be perfect for Queen Blackburn."

"We understand your highness." Said one of the organizers.

"Thank you. Get that set up while I check on the food. The party's tonight and her highness will be arriving any time now."

"Of course, your majesty."

I check on the kitchen staff with the food for Cinder's birthday party tonight and go out to the gardens. I sit on the bench as I let out a heavy sigh. Who knew being an emperor would be so exhausting? Oh well. It's worth it.

I grab my portscreen and look down at it. I got a message from Scarlet about the party. I message her back and go to my room to grab my sweater. Once that's on, I go into the market place to see if my personalized k and c necklace for Cinder is ready.

I arrive at the little jewelery shop that's making the necklace. "Can I see the owner please?" I ask one of the employees.

"Sure thing. I'll go get him." The employee said.

The employee set down a bracelet she'd been fixing and went into the back room of the shop. A few minutes go by and she returned with the owner behind her.

"Can I help you?" The owner asked.

"I have a personalized necklace that should be finished." I told him.

"Aww, yes. I was wondering when you'd get here. Let me go grab it." He left to the back room he came from and returned with a small box. He opened it and inside was the silver, intertwined k and c  that I asked him to make. It was more beautiful than I thought it'd be.

I smiled happily. "It's beyond perfect. Thank you so much. Your work is greatly appreciated."

"Oh it's nothing. I'm just glad you like it."

I didn't like it. I loved it, and hopefully cinder will too. I payed for the necklace and went back to the palace.

When I got there, everything was set up just how I wanted. Nothing out of place.

"Your highness?" Torin said from behind me.

I turn around to face him. "Yes, Torin?"

"Her majesty is here."

I smile. "Good."

I take the elevator up to the roof to meet her. This reminds me of the time I went up to the roof to meet Levana, except this time I'm actually excited.

The elevator doors open and see the most breath taking person in front of me.

"Hey." I tell her.

She smiles. "Hi."
