Chapter 5

Alexander's Room

Alex looked at the royal tutor sitting in front of him. "Hmm, so you want to interview me?"

"Yes that's right if that isn't any trouble with you, your highness." said Heine.

"No no, it's fine. I'll start. My name is Alexander Von Granzreich I'm the second eldest son of Viktor Von Granzreich."

"If it isn't any trouble, would you mind doing this test for me?"

"Of course." Not 5 minutes later he was already finished. "Here you go"

A sound broke Alex out of his staring contest at the oblivious teacher. . "Hm? What's that sound?" Alex looked towards the source and saw a familiar crow pecking at the window and smirked. "Please excuse me for a second." Alex opened the window and the crow flew in and sat on his extended arm. "Did you do it Kuro?"

Kuro cawed.

"Thanks. Stay on the armrest would you." said Alex.

Kuro cawed and sat on the armrest.

Heine stared at the black crow. The crow turned his back on Heine.

Heine's eyebrow twitched.

Alex took out some bird seed from the nearby pouch and brought it towards Kuro."Here you go Kuro."

Kuro cawed and ate the seeds after he was done he left through were he came.

Alex looked at his bed where a certain snake was sleeping previously and found no one."Hm? Where did she go?"

"Did you tell a lady to come here, your highness?"

Alex smirked teasingly. "Yes."

"Oh? I haven't seen anyone." said Heine.

"She was here a second ago though."

I didn't see anyone when I came in though...thought Heine.

"Medusa where are you?"

"Ahhhh!!!" a loud shout sounded throughout the castle.

"Hm, what was that sound?" said Alex.

"ALEX!!!! Take this beast away from meeeee!" a deep voice shouted from the hallway.

"Oh, so that's where she went." Alex chuckled.

Suddenly the door burst open and a tall man with strawberry blonde hair and a snake around his neck strangling him came running inside.

"Alex! Take it off me I'm dying!" said Leo.

"Medusa."

Medusa looked towards her master and tilted his head as if to say 'what is it?'

Alex smiled. "Tighter!"

Leo and Heine could've sworn they saw the snake smirk.

Leo looked horrified at what he heard. "What! Ack... Alex this is no time for your sadism!"

"Hm it's your fault for drinking my wine." said Alex not at all bothered at the fact that Leo was turning blue.

"What?! Ack! I'm sorry!" said Leo.

"Tighter medusa."

Medusa tightened her hold on his neck.

Heine sweatdropped.

"Ack...what...do...you...want?!"

"Buy me a unique expensive wine and I'll consider letting you go."

"Fine... fine"

Alex smirked satisfied. "Medusa that's enough, come here."

Medusa slowly go let of Leo and came towards the prince. The prince extended his hand and she slithered up his arm and stayed on his shoulders

Leo breathed out heavily as he glared at the snake. "That snake is the devil!"

Alex patted the snake's head. "Good job Medusa."

"Don't encourage her!"

"Did you say something, Leo?" Alex smiled innocently.

I understand what Viktor meant now. This prince is a 100% sadist. Heine sweatdropped.

"Not really." said Alex.

What did he read my mind? thought Heine.

"No, I didn't ."

What, again?!

Alex smirked. "You're just too easy to read, fufufu~"

"Why are here anyway Leo?"

"Ahem, yes well we have to pick up that triangle item that you wanted from the shop." said Leo.

"Oh yes, I forgot. It was nice meeting you Heine. Oh and do take care of my siblings we wouldn't want anything to happen to you would we?" Alex smiled 'Innocently' at Heine.

A chill went down the royal tutor's back

"Ciao!" said Alex.

"He wants to pick up a triangle item from a shop? what the hell is a triangle item?" Heine mumbled.

However what Heine didn't know was that what Leo actually meant by 'triangle item' was picking up Atem and Malik and leaving.
