FANS ARE STILL BITTER OVER YOUNG JEAN GREY'S REPLACEMENT

If you are a true fan, you will know long before Sophie Turner, the role of young Jean Grey belonged to Shanessa Woodley.
On 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand, the early scene of the movie where Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr visited Jean Grey at her parents' house twenty years back, we could spot eight-years-old Jean throwing a blase response after Charles said We're mutants, Jean, like you — which she only replied with Really? I doubt that.
Even though young Jean Grey only appeared shortly in the movie, it was enough to make an impression on so many people's minds to remember the name of Shanessa Woodley.
But ten years later, X-Men: Apocalypse was released and they showed us the new face of young Jean Grey. Surely, some fans were heavily disappointed by the fact that Sophie Turner was chosen to portray the character instead of Woodley, but some also said Woodley was no longer suitable to portray the Phoenix.
"Days of Future Past erased the events of The Last Stand from the series' timeline, so it probably causes them not to want me to portray young Jean Grey too," Woodley playfully commented. "But, I certainly won't miss Dark Phoenix because I want to see more of Jean since The Last Stand didn't give us enough."
Luckily, fans are now spoiled by the fact that Woodley will portray Mary Jane Watson in the upcoming Marvel Studios' Spider-Man: Far From Home, which previously the character also belonged to Woodley's sister, Shailene, on The Amazing Spider-Man 2 before the scene was cut.
