I tapped my pen against the desk every second that passed.
I could not focus on the woman who was explaining something that had to do with a function and letters.
Why are letters in math?
Or better, what am I doing here?
I looked out the window, shamelessly showing my lack of interest in the subject. There was no fog as usual, the sun was slightly covered by the gray clouds that covered the light sky. A little like the guy who had thrown up on me the day before.
He was completely covered by drugs, by the gray smoke around him, which covered his delicate face, from which no ray could come out. I put my elbow on the desk, putting my cheek on the palm of my hand. There was not a thing, I did not compare to him.
Because he was a strange mixture. He was an indecipherable person. As much as I loathed him, I was intrigued by him. I looked around to see half-class sleeping, but there was no shadow of him.
Not that it surprised me.
Yesterday was wild.
But still, he could be the healthiest kid in the world, he hated math.
"Jeon you're late again."
My heart lost a beat as I heared his name.
I was sitting in the corner, jailing to push my body against the wall, hoping to be invisible in his eyes.
I had the courage to look up to see him, which I regretted in less than 2 seconds. He had tight skinny jeans that showed perfectly every inch of his long, muscular legs, up to his waist which was decorated with a belt in which I didn't know the brand. His shirt was put inside his pants.
A look so fresh and clean.
His face was tired but his expression was still sunny. His eyes wandered around the room to find a vacant place, but I cursed every person present in the room, when his big eyes landed on my bag rested on the chair next to me. Recognizing my bag, his smile wasn't late to come, resting his eyes on me. He approached with firm steps, while I began to stare at the bare trees outside, knowing that they were no longer interesting compared to the person next to me.
"Good observation Ms. Hopeman" He sarcastically said.
Some people started giggling behind my back. Was that that funny?
"So class" Ms. Hopeman clapped her hands, sitting on her desk to face us.
"How some of you already knows, We will visit a campsite near the sea. Before giving you the list with the essential that you have to bring, I want to make clear some rules."
I heard Jeongguk giggling, as if she told a joke. His side profile was breathtaking.
I noticed the cigarette behind his ear and his brown curvy hair that fell elegantly on his forehead"
"Unfortunately I had bad experiences in the last years, I won't go any further, Jeon will be able to tell you more about it."
Jeongguk did not seem to pay much attention to the woman in front of us.
He reached out his arm to my direction to take my pencil case, without even taking a glance at me.
Instead I saw him looking for something specific, with a frown on his face, until his expression became satisfied and enthusiastic. He took two pencils with different lengths from it.
"With this lenght it's no longer possible to draw" I tried not to show my nervousness, when I could feel his piercing eyes burning on my face, waiting me to react. When he didn't hear anything from me, I felt his cold fingers having contact with my right ear. I raised my eyebrows in confusion, turning to see him placing the short pencil behind my ear, as if it were the cigarette that had been put behind his.
