Chapter 3: Are You Serious?!

     Today was kind of a boring day. But it was also reliving. No offense towards them but Ruby and Bruno weren't at school and I liked it. I still had Lilyana to talk to though. It's just that Bruno is always judging my every move and Ruby is always telling me about her drama and today was drama free. My body felt looser and less tense. Sometimes you need a break even from your friends.
     But in science today, I got so pissed at Henry. So I was sitting down at my seat and Lilyana pulled out her money so she could buy something from a classmate, Fernando. When she pulled how money, one of her dollar bills ripped in half! We started dying laughing.
     "Don't throw it away. I think you can tape it back together and still be able to use it," I said, still giggling a little.
     "Okay. I'll go find some tape."
     Since we were on the computers anyway, I decided to look it up and I was right: if you tape money back together and take it to the bank and match the serial number, they'll give you a new bill. I went over to the other side of the classroom to tell Lilyana.
     "How do you even know that?" Aidan was listening to our conversation from his table.
     "Uh, it's called Google. I looked it up," I said smiling. Aidan and I always have playful banters like that.
     "No it's because she doesn't have anything better to do," Henry interrupted.
     His smile grew as mine faded. Aidan's mouth dropped open. So did Lilyana's. Before I had the chance to say anything I would regret, I walked back to my desk and sat down.
     "Do you see how mean he is to me," I asked once Lilyana sat down.
     "Yeah."
     "I swear I did nothing wrong. He's the one that broke my heart, and then he broke it again and now he's just continuing the cycle."
     November 16, 2018...
     We had just gotten back home from school. Luckily it was a Friday and we had field trip so we didn't have to wear uniforms. But then I got a text from Henry. Even though we broke up, I was still trying to be cool with him. Opened up the message and it read:
If I were to ask Leisly out, how would I do it
     I didnt answer. Who asks their ex how to ask someone else out? I knew he still liked her but really? I cant believe him.
December, Today...
     "Is he serious? Henry can be so annoying!" 
     "I can tell."
Then as I was doing my homework at home, I realized what I had to do. Tomorrow, Imma put that bitch in his place.
