I silently cursed myself for staying up with the boys to watch scary movies. The minute I saw the dark figure, I immediately thought there was someone there to attack me.  The only thing with reach to defend myself was a pillow. With no response and hesitation, he carried me with his own hands and laid me down on the bed. He plodded on top of me, continuing what he was doing. He kept searching for my sweet spots.
