Mia's POV

"hello" I pick up my phone to a phone number I don't even know.

"Hey, it's Luke" I hear a farmiliar voice.

How did he get my phone number, oh wait I gave it to him at the cafe.

"Oh hey, how are you?" I say acting cool.

"I'm great thanks but I called because I'm more interested in you" He said as I couldn't help but have a smirk on my face.

"Why?" I ask shyly.

"How's your boyfriend going?" He asked as nerves and confussion grew strong in me.

"What boyfriend" I ask.

"You know, the person your going out with and kinda cheating on him by going on a date with me, or should I say cheating on me as well, even though we haven't really been out on a date yet. But wouldn't you still tell me if you have a boyfriend and do the right thing and so I wouldn't get the wrong idea?!" He said as I could he anger coming out towards the end.

"Who told you this? I don't have a boyfriend, no one wants to go out with a virgin." I say not meaning to spill that I'm a virgin.

"Your a virgin?" He asks and I am quite shocked by the suprise in his voice.

"Yes, now before you start to make fun of me, in my defence I... Who am I kidding I have no excuse, I'm a lonely, loser virgin." I say sadly.

"First of all your not a loser, and you won't be lonely anymore, oh and I don't care if your a virgin or not, it doesn't bother me the slightest bit" He says as I am suprised at what he just said.

"Really?" I ask.

"Really, and btw this girl called Lilly told me, but now that I think of it I could almost see the smirk on her face through the phone. I'm so sorry Mia" Luke says sweetly.

Of course it was Lilly, she's the popular girl and has hated me ever since Primary school. She has been trying to ruin my life as long as I can remember. But how did she find out about Luke and me going on a date? TAYLAH.

"Don't worry about it" I say calmly brushing my thoughts aside.

"See you on Thursday then" He says.

"See you then" I say.

Thank God Lilly didn't ruin the small chance I have with Luke.
