"Sir, Ozpin has come to see you. He is placing his night bag in his barracks then coming to meet you sir." A soldier exclaimed. He was a new addition to my men, nothing special but an eager lad. I nodded and with a small gesture with my hand he was off to training again.

Shortly after the headmaster of Beacon walked into my office, which was strange since usually he requests an escort. "It's good to see you again Hircine." He glanced to me and sat down across my desk, his footsteps were heavy, like he had something to say.

"It's my pleasure. May I ask what your reason for this abrupt visit might be? Usually you only visit once a year to give me my list." My voice was rough now, a sign of my elder age. "You seem distraught, what weighs on your mind Ozpin?" He would have seen straight through my facade of ignorance, may as well get it out.

"You see me like a book general. I need to talk to you about a child that Glynda and I met, Qrow's neice." He continued with a sigh of preparation. "She has silver eyes Hircine.  I believe she may be the child mentioned in that book of yours." He finished there with a gesture towards my drawers.

I sighed, knowing the exact line he meant. "'A hero glowing of silver and red born from two heroes and trained by a forgotten warrior.' Forgotten may not be the word I would use for Branwen but I suppose it's not impossible. Especially with Vahlor choosing it's wielder just last year." I go silent for a moment and think. "She must be the great beast." I continue, being met with merely a nod from the headmaster.
