tears || jeongchan

ᴛᴡᴏ

chan was walking home from his friend's house when it started raining.

he didn't have an umbrella with him, because when he left his house it didn't look like it was going to rain. he remembered the clear blue sky from earlier.

chan hated rain, rain was to him like tears. as is someone up there was crying and drowning him with their tears.

chan had always been a good person and he couldn't bare to see people crying, so that's why he hated the rain.

when it started raining even harder, chan started picking up his pace.

he didn't look at his surroundings, he just continued jogging home. well, until he heard a soft noise.

he looked around him to see someone sitting on the fence of the bridge. he couldn't make out if the person sitting there was a boy or girl.

he slowed down a bit, not wanting to scare the person with his loud footsteps.

what was someone doing on the fence of a bridge at this time? could he/she possibly be trying to attempt suicide?

chan didn't wait for an answer and instead kept on walking until he finally reached the person.

"hey, are you okay there" chan said, his voice so soft that he almost didn't hear himself speaking.

the person who was apparently a boy turned his head to look where the voice came from.

but when he turned his head to far, the boy's foot slipped and he almost fell down, if it wasn't for chan to grab his arm as reflex.

chan tried pulling the boy up, but the boy protested and tried to letting go of the stranger's hand.

chan wasn't having that tho, with all his strength he pulled the boy up by his arms and lifted the boy over the fence, so that he was now standing infront of him.

chan let go of the boy's arms and in no time the boy collapsed.

chan immediately crouched down besides the boy and tried shaking him to wake him up, but with no response.

chan panicked for a second thinking the boy may have died or he was having a heartattack, until he heard a light snoring sound.

chan let out the breath that he didn't even know he was holding and look at the boy, he seemed so young and fragile.

he didn't know the boy, but his feeling told him he should take him home and take care of him until atleast tomorrow.

he couldn't possibly just leave the boy there, could he?

So i know this chapter is shorter than my chapters used to be before i started rewriting, but i feel like i won't get myself to write if i don't make short chapters. long chapters just take alot of time, which i don't really have since my final exams are coming up.
anyways, here y'all go. i know that this for sure isn't the best, but i'm trying my best improve my writing.
also english isn't my first language, so if u see a mistake, u can tell me.
