CHAPTER 3

Emma's POV:

*time check: 4:30pm*

"It's not raining anymore. Let's go? Do you want to go to the mall?" Andrew.

"I'd love to."

We went out of the forest and drove off to the mall silently.

"Starbucks?" he asked.

"Sure."

"My treat."

"No need, I have my money." i insist.

"No Emma, I'll pay for it. Okay?"

"But-"

"No buts."

"Argh. Fine."

He ordered my mocha frappe and his iced peppermint mocha. He also ordered 2 belgian waffles.

"Thanks again and again Drew." i thanked as I was sipping my frappe.

"No problem. Anything for you." he smiled.

After eating we decided to go outside behind the mall where there is a beautiful fountain. We just sat there and talked about our likes and dislikes at the moment.

"What's your sport?" he asked me.

"Uhm- none. None at all." i shyly answered.

"Huh? Why?"

"Sports doesn't like me. And I don't like sport neither." i laughed.

"Hmm. So what are your hobbies?"

"Blogging in front of my laptop, all the time.. You?"

"Many to mention. Reading. Basketball. Games. And etc."

And then we spent the rest of the hour talking about our lives and stuff.

*time: 5:43pm*

"It's getting dark, I have to go home. Let's go." i stood and said to Andrew.

"Okay."

Andrew brought me home, I thanked him again for the time and everything. I went inside our house and I saw mom sitting and smiling on the sofa of our living room.

"Why are you smiling?" i asked.

"Hmm. Who's that boy? He's cute though." mom teased.

"Mom please stop, he's just a friend. He just brought me home."

"I know. I didn't say anything, I just said he is cute. What's his name?"

"Andrew. Andrew Garfield."

"Garfield??!" mom exclaimed.

"Yep. Why so shock?" i asked.

"Huh? Uhm- nothing." i just gave her a questioned look, ran upstairs to my room, lay on my bed, stared at the ceiling and smiled.

"Andrew Garfield. *sigh* Why you gotta be so perfect?" i whispered.
