Henry:
"Emmett!?"

Randy:
"Well I'll be damned, your alive!?"

Rex:
"It's good to see you again brother."

Emmett:
"Yeah yeah yeah... No thanks to any of you. I'm here for a reason."

Henry:
"Does that mean your dad is finally stepping down? You know since Jaydon isn't around anymore.."

Emmett:
"I have no idea. What I want to know is about Jaydon's wife. My 'ex sister in law'. And who better to ask than the boys who spend there time around her."

Rex:
"What do you want to know? She has no idea who we are. All she knows is that we are workers at the company and bodyguards."

Emmett:
"Jaydon never told her about the family business at all!?"

Rex:
"Well no. He kept his personal business to himself. All Ruby knows is that he owned the biggest oil company in the world. She knows nothing about the illegal usage of it though.."

Emmett:
"So that's why my mother was freaking out.. FBI will be all over us if we don't have some kind of legit profit coming our way. What does Ruby look like?"

Rex:
"Hot. Like sex on legs hot."

Henry:
"A beach model."

Randy:
"Like my future baby mama."

Emmett's PoV
I need to get new friends... I did not just hear that...

Emmett:
"Oh for gods sake. If Jaydon was here he would kill all three of you idiots! When is she supposed to come to the office? I want to meet her. I need to find a way to convince her to give me the company."

Rex:
"Seduce her. That's what I'd do."

Emmett:
"I should kill you."

Rex:
"But you won't."

Emmett:
"Have we had any issues with the Costello brothers?"

Henry:
"Well we had Martin looking in on them for us. But it's been days. So we think he might have gotten caught."

Emmett's PoV
Wonderful.

Emmett:
"Make sure to keep an eye on them as well as Ruby. If Lincoln finds out that we no longer have control over the freaking company he'll attempt to take it for himself."

Rex:
"How do you know that?"

Emmett:
"He was a dick in high school, I'm sure he's a dick now too. I know for a fact he'd try using the company towards his own benefits and for the Reapers. It would be easier to bring in their gun shipments from California without having to cross into enemy territory. Plus my father updated me on the issues with the Costello family. I know what happened to Jaydon wasn't a freaking accident. I will get them all back for what they did to my brother!"

The Club:

Lucas:
"Will you just leave me alone!?"

Maddie:
"No! Not until you tell me what your brother is up to! He made Katie cry!"

Lucas:
"I really don't care! It's not my problem! You two need to learn to respect us! You're lucky you're not dead yet. One phone call and I'll have a very pissed off cousin on her way to rip your heads off!.."

Maddie:
"Don't threaten me!"

Lucas' PoV
WHY DID OUR FATHER HIRE THESE BRATS!?

Maddie:
"Hold on! I'm not done with you yet! LUCAS GET BACK HERE!"

Lucas:
"For gods sake.."

Maddie:
"LUCAS! I'm not running after you!"

Lucas' PoV
She is freaking insane! Wait.. deal with Maddie or deal with the weird chick standing on the other side of the street wearing sunglasses in the middle of the night..

Maddie:
"Where are you Lucas!?"

Lucas' PoV
Weird chick it is..

[Lucas ran across the street towards the girl in sunglasses.. Maddie's screams echoing in the other street.]

Echo:
"What are you doing!? Get your hands off me!"

Lucas:
*whispers* "I've got a crazy chick after me I need your help.."

Echo:
"And how on earth am I supposed to help!?"

Lucas' PoV
Well no shit I can think of a few ways..

Lucas:
"Just flirt with me or something. So she'll go away.."

Echo:
"You want me to flirt with you daddy?"

Lucas' PoV
!!!!!!!!

Echo:
"I can do more than just flirt with you handsome.."

A smirk played on Lucas' face he stepped closer to Echo, closing the gap between them.

Maddie's PoV
What the hell!? Who is he with!? He's going to get a freaking earful!

Echo:
"That's some mad crazy stalker.. she ran off. You can let go of me now."

Lucas' PoV
Her lips were moving but I couldn't hear a damn thing she was saying. I was too busy inhaling a family yet delightful scent. Cinnamon. And damn it was intoxicating. She was very petite, someone could easily hurt her or have their way with her. Why was she walking around alone at night? Especially on this side of town.. Chicago was dangerous enough but even worse when we pass midnight.

Echo's PoV
Why is he staring at me? Don't blush... don't blush... your blushing for gods sake! I really hope I covered the bruises well enough..

Lucas:
"Why are you out here, by yourself? You shouldn't be out alone like this it's late."

Echo:
"That's not any of your business."

Lucas' PoV
I still had her waist in my grip... I was gentle I didn't want to hurt her but I couldn't let go...

Lucas:
"Let me take you home. It's the least I can do since you helped me out."

Echo:
"No! I mean no it's fine.. I'll be fine. I...I'll see you around.."

Lucas' PoV
She left my hold and ran off down the road.. there was something about her and I wanted to know more...
