Lynx slid down the wall her eyes glazed over. She had completely zoned out while her hands were moving to do a routine check on the weapon. Feeling around it, fingers going over the metal smoothly. She was mumbling. It's as if something triggered her. "Nui... John... no don't.. please" She whispered and laid the gun down on the ground to now grip her throat. "Please.." she begged but it was hardly audible. She was staring straight ahead then her attention turned a full ninety degrees as if slapped. "Aihue! Go!"

Percy stared at Lynx in complete confusion before putting a hand on her shoulder "Are you alright?"

"Fuck." Striding over to where Lynx was, Ennevin cuffed the side of her head. "Snap out of it. It's not real."

Lynx had tears rippling down her face and before either of them got to her she flinched just like she had when the gunshots went off earlier. Lynx began to scream but they came it silent. She closed her eyes and hung her head and as Ennevin held her face, upon reopening her eyes she was back. "Oh Akamai, i saw it all. He shot him." She whimpered and curled up into her friends' arms. "He shot him..."

"Auwe, Popoki. I'd hoped you'd forgotten." Ennevin sat down on the floor beside her and gently rocked her.

Percy stepped back and looked over at ennevin with a hopeless expression. He wanted to help but he had no idea what to do

A few minutes later, Ennevin shifted. "Come on, then, up with you. Let's go."

"We should tell him... cause this could happen again and what if you're not around.." she whispered and wiped away some tears

Purple eyes staring into green eyes, Ennevin nodded. "If you feel up to it, then. But it needs to be before Simon returns. I don't know if he'll be able to take that many shocks in one day."

"What?" Percy looked at them as he tried to wrap his mind around what was happening. But at their statement, Percy went and closed the locker door sealing them inside "There, soundproof. Even if he comes back he won't hear a thing"

"Okay," she agreed with a nod and looked at Percy. "Where to begin though... there's so much." She murmured and wiped away the readings of the tears from her flashback. "Thanks, Percy.." she says reclaiming part of a smile. "I'm not sure how to tell you this.. but you were asking if anyone was in danger being around us, well that's complicated. We live under alias's given to us by our commander. We have been sent away for leave because of the incident you just half witnessed."

Simon looks around the car and looks over at his Shelby with a smile and walks into the house and looks around for them "I'm gonna let them stay downstairs" he said as he put on his glasses a display going on them reading emails.

Lynx looks towards Ennevin for help. She was never really good at storytelling. "We were part of a... mmm... secret operation in a sort.." She struggles for words.

Ennevin sighed deeply, not wanting to relive it. "We were part of an eight-man elite team. We got sent to a new base and I'm going to leave out most of the details, but we were the unit hidden inside a unit hidden inside a unit. Four of us were the core of the team, and the other four were to keep us in check. Lynx and John were one aspect and me and Arron were the other cause those were the teams we worked best in, but John started having issues and blocked us all out. He went AWOL for over a year." Looking at Lynx to make sure she was getting it straight, she took a breath.

Simon finished what he was doing and walks outside to the car and smiles taking a picture of it with his phone for memories and opens the hatch and sits in the back looks around at the neighborhood

"John and she had a thing, on and off, right up until he disappeared, and maybe three months before he showed up again, Lynx hit it off with a guy named Von."
