Ji rae walked in complete darkness, unable to see the stranger who she assumed was in front of her,
or behind her
or above her,
But he was there, she heard his voice
andd felt his hand guiding her through the dark tunnel.
until he stopped abrubtly and let go of her hand,
"I'm afraid you won't be seeing more of me little girl..."
And she was temporarily blinded by a bright square of light.
She turned away and saw in the darkness,
teeth
stretched out into a wide grin, but that was all she saw,
"What shall I call you?" She asked
"Cheshire" The grin spread even wider until it disappeared
and she felt something push her out into the bright square of light.
The square of light was in fact not very square at all,
as her vision cleared and her golden eyes got used to the brightness that contrasted the darkness of the tunnel, she looked around
It looked like a forest, and in front of her stood a man
He was dressed entirely in green
He had on a light green shirt, with dark green pants, a dark velvet green coat and the same velvet green boots, complete with a dark green hat sitting crookedly on top of his hair which was shining silver and looked quite soft, he had twinkling light green eyes which sparkled more as he spoke
she would describe him as
Monochromatic
"Hello," He smiled, his eyes turning into crescents as he did so,
She smiled up at him as he helped her up,
"My name is Jimin," The smile never left his face , "Now we wouldn't want to keep him waiting, so let's hurry along now, shall we?"
She nodded, curious of who he was , who was sending them to take her to him?
Jimin led her down a trail that was covered in colourful flowers that had fallen from the trees above,
skipping along, she picked up flowers and wove them into a flower crown
"Well, I'm afraid this is where we must part ways," Jimin stopped and turned towards her
"I do hope we meet again," he grinned
She nodded in return before placing the flower crown on top of his head , "Thank you Jimin-ssi..."
"Now just turn left and follow the path into the clearing, he is waiting for you there..."
She turned to look where he pointed and turned back to thank him
but he was gone
however on the ground where he was standing, there was a single green feather.
She picked it up and slipped it into the pocket of her blue dress and continued down the path to find him...
