"So you've got a boy coming over?" Liam quizzed, squinting at Louis from across the dining table

Louis shrugged "I already have a boy over" he replied simply, nodding towards Zayn who was also sat at the table with them

Liam scoffed at this "Zayn's your friend" he stated "He's not just some...boy" he pointed out

Louis rolled his eyes "Harry's my friend too" he said "I don't know what you're trying to imply, Liam" he added

Liam turned to Zayn, raising his brows at the dark haired boy "Zayn" he said softly "C'mon, spill"

Zayn's lips twitched into a smirk and he turned to look at Louis "You wanna tell him a bit more about your boyfriend or should I?" He quizzed

"Boyfriend?" Liam exclaimed, almost jumping out of his chair

Louis sighed "Harry isn't my boyfriend" he replied "He's just my friend" he stated

"Better be" Liam muttered, frowning "Otherwise I'll punch him"

Louis scoffed "I'd punch you" he replied

"Protective" Zayn sang, smirking at Liam

Liam blinked in shock "Okay, I don't know if I should allow this" he admitted

Louis rolled his eyes "You said that you wanted me to make friends!" He reminded defensively

"Friends" Liam stated

"Harry is my friend!" Louis exclaimed, still on the defence

Liam squinted "If I see him so much as look at you inappropriately-"

Louis cut him off quickly "He won't!" He promised "Thanks, Liam, love you" he added, quickly standing from the table and dragging Zayn up with him

"Louis, I haven't even finished my-"

"Come on, Zayn" Louis pleaded

"Where are we going?" Zayn asked "Louis!"

Louis pulled Zayn to the front door "To meet Harry!" He said giddily, dragging Zayn out of the house

Harry pulled his coat from the hook in the hallway, eyeing it briefly before putting it on; the October air was punishing this year

"Where are you going, brother?" A voice called and Harry turned

"Out" Harry replied simply, sitting down on the stairs to put on his shoes

The man squinted "Out where?" He quizzed, walking over to Harry

The curly haired man rolled his eyes "To a friend's" he clarified "You don't know him" he added

"No?" He replied

"No, Edward" Harry said "And you're making me late" he added, tying his shoelaces before standing to his feet

Edward frowned slightly, looking Harry over "Is he a special friend?" He asked

Harry laughed lightly "No" he replied

Edward grinned "C'mon" he pleaded "You can tell me" he promised

Harry rolled his eyes "He's just a friend" Harry confirmed "And, like I said, you don't know him" he repeated

"Well is he hot?" Edward asked

Harry almost choked "No!" He exclaimed

"He's not hot?" Edward quizzed
