Lydia, Kira, Malia, and myself make our way onto to bleachers to watch the lacrosse practice/try outs. It's more practice than try outs since there is legit three or four new kids. It's mainly who's going to get team captain. Which everyone knows it's probably going to be Scott unless some crazy kid comes in.
A new kid shoots and it goes in, and he swings around his lacrosse stick and has a smirk on his face. He's cute.

" Who's that? " I ask.
" I have no idea, but Y/N you should try he's hot, " Kira laughs.
" Oh no alpha coming, " I mumble.
" Did you just call someone else hot while I'm your boyfriend? " Scott asks.
" Yeah for Y/N's sake. She needs a boyfriend eventually, " Kira laughs again.
" She has a point, " Lydia comments.
" MCCALL! GET OVER HERE NOW! " Coach screams.
" That's your cue, " I laugh as we wish him off into the field. " He is so overprotective I hate it, " I mutter.
" He's your brother, he wants to make sure you're not going to get hurt, " Kira says.
" I'm a freshman now. He does know that I'm attracted to males right or does he think I'm still my 6th grade self, and think boys have cuties? " I ask.
" He wants to protect you. He loves you, " Lydia says.
I keep on looking at the boy, and he looks at me and smiles. I smile back, and just look down at my phone. " He's still looking, " Kira says shaking my arm a little bit. I just giggle.
After the practice all of us are going to hang out. " Hey wait up! " I hear someone from on the field. I turn to see the boy. " Hi didn't mean to yell, " he comments.
" You're good, " I comment as I lean on the railing.
" I'm Liam. Liam Dunbar. I'm new here, " he says.
" I can tell. Y/N. Y/N McCall, " I say shaking his hand. I get a piece of paper, and write down my number.
" What's this? " He asks.
" My phone number, just in case you get confused in the school, " I say.
" Aren't you a freshman? " He asks.
" Yes, but all of my friends are older so I know the school pretty well. I know all of the good hang out spots, which bathrooms to use and what not to use, and the best part, " I say while I tell him to lean in. " The best make out places, " I whisper. I lean back to see a shaken smile on his face. " I'll see you around Liam, " I comment.
" Yeah see you around Y/N, " he says while scratching his neck.
