Torn in Two
(Y/N POV):
My eyes scan the empty walls of my room, the empty closet and dresser as well. The bed is bare, no sheets or pillows covering it anymore. The purple walls that have held my secrets, the ones that sheltered me from the evil world outside...bare. My pictures are packed away, the posters rolled up into a box. My fingertips stroke the door frame, the one that has been through so many things. Tears threaten to spill over as I close the bedroom door, the door that will never be opened by myself again. I pick the last box up, carrying it downstairs to the moving van. I lean against the door while my parents speak to our neighbours, telling them goodbye for good. I look away, a tear streaming down my cheek slowly. The next thing I see is him, his icy blue eyes staring into my green ones. "Louis." I whimper quietly, my arms wrapping around his neck as I let the tears fall. His shirt is soon soaked on his chest, a bit of my mascara staining it. "I-I can't leave you." I whisper softly, sniffling as I lift my eyes to meet his. My vision is blurred slightly from the tears that have not escaped yet. "Shh, everything will be alright love." His lips press against mine in a gentle, yet passionate kiss. We break away after a few minutes, his eyes now fogged with tears. I close my eyes slowly when he begins to kiss me again, my lips moving against his own. "I love you." We laugh lightly, having both whispered it at the same moment. "I'll wait for you." He whispers in my ear before kissing me once more. It seems as if time passes quickly because before I speak one more word, I'm watching Louis' figure become smaller as my dad drives away. I put my hand against the back window, sobbing hard as he lifts his hand up, as if touching mine. "Forever." I whisper to myself, Louis soon gone from my sight. I break down in the back seat, curling up as I try to remember how his lips felt against mine.
