Spilled

(Y/N POV):

Happily blasts through my earphones as I wait for my drink to be done and called out. Right as the song ends I hear my last name called out along with my order. Caramel, vanilla latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. I pay the cashier and turn to make my way out the door. But it doesn't happen. I'm met with a cup of hot tea poured down my white shirt. A shriek leaves my mouth when the scolding hot liquid meets my skin. "I'm so sorry! Let me help you der!" An Irish accent rings out through my ears as a pair of hands begin dabbing napkins against my shirt. "It's fine..really. No harm done, I can handle some hot tea." I reassure the stranger with a soft smile, holding my shirt out away from my stomach. When I look up, my eyes are met with icy blue ones. Beautiful eyes. I know them from somewhere. When I hear the Irish voice begin singing in Don't Forget Where You Belong, I know who it is. "You're Niall Horan..." I trail off, staring into his eyes. My smile widens as I look at him, studying his features. He's always had a special place in my heart and now I'm meeting him, my idol, the guy I fell head over heels for. "Yeah...again, sorry for de tea. I'll buy you anoder coffee too." I've been so focused on him and my shirt that I never noticed my coffee in the floor. Before I can object to anything he's pulling a chair out for me, the table having two new cups on it. After the mess is clean and we've sat down, our conversation blooms. Seconds turn to minutes, and minutes soon turn into two hours. The cafe is closing when we notice what the time is. "I'll call you sometime." His lips press against my cheek after he gives me his number. For friends, the kiss lasts a few seconds too long. But, I feel something with him, something more than you would feel with friends. Niall Horan. The charming, beautiful Irishman, and I have his number. Only because he spilled his tea on me.
