“Have a nice day!” I called out to John and his girlfriend. (Oh, no, ????! They’re not dating!) I let out a breath of relief that I didn’t know I was holding. I started to clean up the counter when Janet came out from the back room.
“Oh, sweetie, you can go home early today! We’re closing up early so I have an excuse for the health inspector to not come,” (*snicker* Classic Janet! Yes, it is THAT Janet! No, it’s not the Brotato! This guy is not her nephew!) she told me before closing the door again. I shook my head and hung up my apron. ‘At least I get to go home early!’
I walked up the street to my apartment building and got up to my apartment as quickly as possible with my hood down and carefully locked the door behind me. I strolled down the hall to my room and sat down at my computer, pulling up my modded Minecraft and my screen capture app. I got on my Singleplayer mod review world and hit the record button on my screen capture. ‘3, 2, 1.’
