Chapter 4: Meeting Friends

Hey again! It's me, the pegasus. AND TOMATO, NOTHING IS GOING ON IN MY MIND BUT PUNCHING WALLS... alot. My tablet is stupid. Blarg. Well... let us begin!

-John's P.O.V-

I looked outside, it was starting to rain again. I gave a weird face, and Demetri looked outside and noticed why.

"Oh, it's raining." She said, hopping off of the dryer. We stood at the door, "My house is just a while away, if you want we can wait until the rain goes away." She said, scanning the streets.

"Okay." I said, opening the door. It was barely raining, but we heard thunder in the distance. "Lead the way." I smiled.

She pointed towards a neighborhood, full of small, but nice houses. We ran across the street, almost getting hit by a car.

"Just down here." She said, pointing towards a row of one story houses.

We walked towards a house with a dark blue 1970 Plymouth Road Runner in the driveway, with a Doctor Who license plate holder. She walked towards the door, pulling out a decorated key. She unlocked the door, and we walked in.

A small hallway led to a living room and a kitchen. For a little house, it seemed bigger on the inside. (Yes. a Doctor Who refrence.)

"Wow." I said, looking around. She has a flat screen TV hanging on the wall, with two beanbag chairs sitting in front of it. Connected to the TV was an Xbox 360, the controllers sitting in front of the beanbags.

We heard a ringing noise come from a distant room, but it wasn't a phone. She grabbed my arm, "Follow me." She smiled. We walked into a room that I guessed was an office, with bookshelves and a desk. She grabbed a second rolling chair, and put it next to the one that was already there.

-Demetri's P.O.V-

We sat in front of the computer, and I answered the call that I had been getting on my Skype. "Hello?" I asked, turning off the camera.

"Hey Demetri!" Said a familiar female voice. (Here is where the Soul Eater comes in!) John gave me a confused look.

"This is my friend, Maka," I smiled. "Say hi." I laughed.

"Uh. Hello..." He said. I heard a male laugh in the background, "Who's your boyfriend?" It asked. I slightly giggled, but out of the corner of my eye, I saw John's face grow red. "He's not my boyfriend, but his name is John." I smiled.

"Hi John." Maka said happily.

"Hey, I gotta go." I said, looking out the window.

"Alright, talk to you soon!" Said Maka, hanging up.

I shut my laptop, and turned to John, "What now?" I asked.

"Hmmm..." He said, spinning in circles on his chair. I pointed to the window, "It stopped raining." I said.

"I'm kinda hungry.." He said, rubbing his stomach. I laughed, "Wanna go somewhere to eat? I know of a great resturant." I smiled.

"Okay!" He smiled back.

I grabbed my keys and we ran out the door, and into my car.

Yea... this chapter was kinda short. I think. I don't know. I didn't know what to type. Tomato gave me the idea of introducing the Soul Eater characters. Even though they weren't introduced as much as they should've, they'll come back soon. Tomato will by typing the next chapter. Till next time!
