Leonardo

It had been a week or so since you've seen Leo. And you only occasionally thought of him. What? You had other stuff going on. At the moment, you were walking out of the gym that you had just been training in. Gymnastics was basically your life and you spent most of your free time at the gym. Because money was hard to come by, you had a deal with the owner of the gym: you would clean up after practice in exchange for being able to train there. It has worked out pretty well.

As you started the walk back to your warehouse, you vaguely felt like someone was watching you. You shifted your gym bag to your other shoulder and listened carefully. If anyone was going to try to jump you again, they wouldn't end up so well.

You slipped into an alleyway to take a shortcut back to the warehouse. Just as you moved into the deepest part, you heard something land behind you. Instinctively, you slipped your brass knuckles onto your hand and turned around, only to be greeted by Leo.

He blinked at the metal in your hand. "Uh, hey."

You just frowned at him. "Were you following me?"

His nervous chuckle gave you enough answer. You rolled your eyes as you put the knuckles away. "What is it?" you asked him.

Leo suddenly looked sheepish. "I, uh, just wanted to check in with you... see what was going on."

You didn't really believe him, but you dropped it. "Not much is going on with me. Same normal stuff. You?"

Leo seemed to return to himself. "Same, really."

You glanced at your watch and looked back to Leo. "I have some time before I have to be home. Want to hang out?"

Leo smiled. "Yeah."

The two of you ended up hanging out on a rooftop for the next couple of hours. You enjoyed yourself, which was surprising. You normally hated being around people that weren't your friends. But you guessed you could call Leo your friend.

Huh, you thought to yourself as you ran back to the warehouse. Friend with a big turtle. That's new.

Raphael

Once again, you were up on a rooftop, this time before towards the center of the city. This time, however, you were trying to get a picture of the moon over the river. It was kind of a generic shot, but you loved that could could shoot some pictures and have them turn out different than everyone else's.

Just as you clicked the shutter down, something grabbed you from behind. "Hey! You ruined my shot!" you yelled as you were dropped to the ground, only to turn and face the turtle from before. "What, do you enjoy ruining my pictures?" you huffed, crossing your arms. You might have been a tad bit annoyed with being interrupted. Okay, really annoyed.

The turtle, Raph, you remembered, only rolled his eyes. "Actually, yeah, I do," he remarked snarkily. "You should learn to get off the roofs before someone comes along and hurts you."

You scoffed, stepping towards him. "Is that a threat?" you asked rhetorically, a grin coming over your lips.

Raph sensed the sarcasm in your voice and grinned, guessing that you were going to be someone who would avidly tease him.

You chuckled a little and blew some hair strands out of your face. "I don't have to be home for awhile. Want to hang out for a bit?"

Raph chuckled. "Sure. What's with the camera?"

You spent the next couple of hours helping Raph with your camera. You explained most of the basic procedures,  although he still looked confused by the time you left. Well, at least you made a new friend.

Donatello

You didn't know why the turtle had been following you. It was only in the last couple of days that you had noticed, but you didn't doubt that he had been following you for quite a while. At the moment, you were walking the long way back to your warehouse. You were hoping that turtle would show himself, but you were nearly home.

"No luck," you muttered to yourself before shifting your backpack.

"No luck with what?" you heard a voice behind you saw. Instinctively, you grabbed a pen from your pocket and held it defensively as you spun around. Surprise, surprise, it was the turtle in the purple mask. Donnie, you think.

You tilted your head, a bit startled. "I do not believe that you need to know that," you answered, crossing your arms defensively.

Donnie chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. "Uh, right. You know, I noticed that English isn't your first language. Is that true?"

You frowned. You did not like people pointing out your flaws. "No, English is not my first language. Why do you care?"

Donnie smiled at you, even if the smile was a bit forced. "I can help. I-I mean, if you want me to. I wouldn't want-"

"You are talking over yourself," you said, raising your eyebrows. "But, if you are true about your offer, I can tell you that I am not an easy student."

Donnie chuckled and started walking with you, silently encouraging you to follow him, which you did. "Oh, don't worry. I like a challenge."

You and Donnie walked through the allies, you leading him to a building and let him believe that it was where you lived. You wouldn't be revealing that you didn't have a registered home just yet. But you did know one thing; he was a pretty good English teacher.

Michelangelo

You would be lying if you said you weren't interested in Mikey.

After all, he was a miracle of science, really. He shouldn't exist. And biology was your forte. But something about his personality also intrigued you. It was so different from your friends and sister. He was so cheery and energetic.

"(Y/N)!" you heard Mikey yell towards you, startling you from your thoughts. You hadn't even realized that you were passing the same park that you had meet Mikey in. You came to a stop as he slid up on his skateboard, a big grin on his face. "I didn't think I'd see you again!"

You laughed and shook your head, smiling softly. "Sorry about that, Mikey. I've been busy with work and school."

Mikey's grin wavered for a second before he shrugged. "No worries! Hey, do you know how to stateboard?" After you shook your head, he dragged you towards the park. Needless to say, you spent the next few hours falling and scraping yourself as you tried to learn how to skateboard. But it was full of laughs and jokes, making you more relaxed than you had thought possible.

When you were on your way home, you reflected on your time spent with Mikey. It was a pretty fun time and you were sure you just gained a new friend.
