All the Joes file into the training room and pick partners to spare with. Snake and Piper, Duke and Scarlett, Ripcord and Lady Jay, and Roadblock and Tunel Rat.
Snake Eyes and Piper go to the dojo part of the training room and spare with katonas and fight till one gets tired. Everyone else does weights, wrestling, or gymnastics.
Scarlett and Duke were sparing and all the sudden Scarlett threw Duke to the ground hard and nocked the wind out of him. Everyone heard the hard thud of someone hitting the floor and stopped and looked, even Snake and Piper, everyone was stund to see Duke on his back in pain and gasping for air caused from the impact to the ground. Scarlett stood there a second and then went to his side to see how bad she hurt him.
"I'm sooooooo sorry Duke. Are you Ok?" "Yeah... ouch ouch ouch, damn girl you can lift and throw!" Everyone starts to laugh except the two ninjas, they walk up to Duke and see if anything is broken or hurt really bad and did thumbs up to everyone saying he will be ok.
"Hey Scarlett let's spare and see what you've got. ", says Roadblock "Ok. I'll try, but you know... that your much bigger than I am."
"I'll go easy and see how it goes"
They start and so far they are doing good so roadblock goes bit harder to see and keeps getting harder and harder to see how far he can push her. She atemps to throw him but can only pull him and finds out he is way stronger like she expected.
Everyone goes back and wait, they were doing except Snake and Piper. They leave the room and go to their favorite hiding place outside the G.I. Joe base.
