Part 9-New Edition???

Cassie woke up to her mom Rebecca in her room looking out her window. What are you doing??? Oh I didn't know you were up!! Nothing much just looking outside. Cassie looked at her mom. She was so peaceful it confused her. What's wrong Cassie exclaimed. Her mom sat on her bed, Cassie were getting a new edition to the family. Cassie jumped up and hit her head on the bed. NEW EDITION?!?!? A baby sister??? A baby boy??? Or did she know yet??? Cassie mom shook her head and laughed. No not a baby, a dog. Cassie sighed in relief and then realized what her mom said. A PUPPY?!?!?! Cassie had wanted a puppy since she was 4 years old and I guess her mm finally wanted to put up with it. Cassie's mom added, since your doing the CMAs I was trying to give you my own little surprise. Cassie flopped back on her bed and looked at her mom, your the best. A couple hours after Cassie getting ready for about 10 minutes and her mom we'll 2 hours. They drove down to Stone creek which was by the shelter. Dogs whined and Cats meowed and meowed. Cassie past a full grown German Shepard but it wasn't good with kids next one was a Rottweiler which growled at Cassie's mom and the next one was a little bull dog with different colored wide eyes. And It was just sitting there not shaking, not whining, not begging, just sitting there. Cassie pushed her mom over to it. Her mom was in awe and she ran to the shelter manager. We will take that little guy. The manager said he didn't have a name so Cassie thought of some Brody, Charlie, Zack No No No. She decided she would name it later. When they got home, the puppy waddled to the top of the stairs. And sat at the edge. Cassie called it down to give it food. The puppy walked the first few steps then ran quickly and tumbled across the stairs, didn't whine or whimper just rolled. Cassie ran and cough thin at the edge of the staircase. Cassie's mom laughed and said we have a fatty on are hands. Fatty!!! that was it that was its new name!!!Cassie thought.
