As I boarded the train, I realized that James and Albus left me when I was hugging Teddy. Having no clue what else to do, I found an empty compartment to share with Hugo.

I hated to admit it, but my small size made it extremely difficult to raise my trunk onto the shelf above my seat.  I struggled for what seemed like forever.  I was afraid that I would never succeed in getting it up there and was about to give up entirely. Before I could, two large hands took the trunk from me and strong arms easily lifted it onto the shelf.

I looked to my "hero" and was surprised at what I saw.  A boy stood in front of me. He looked about Albus' age, but was a little taller. He had honey blond hair and beautiful grey eyes that seemed as if a storm was inside them.

I stuck out my hand and introduced myself, "Hello! Thank you for helping me with my trunk. My name's Lily."

He shook my hand with a smirk, "I'm Scorpius. And it's my job to help damsels in distress." Little did I know that this would be a significant moment in my life.

"I'm not a damsel! I'm perfectly capable of-" Before I got the chance to finish, Scorpius was pulled out of the compartment.

I ran out of the compartment and was pushed behind a body. Albus.

"Albus! What the hell?" I yelled, trying to look around him.

Peeking over his shoulder, I saw James pointing his wand at Scorpius. I then noticed Albus' wand in his hand. Scorpius was still unarmed.

"Stay away from my sister, snake!" James hissed at my new friend.

"James, stop!" I yelled around my other Gryffindor brother. Everyone ignored me.

"It's not my fault you abandoned your baby sister to figure everything out for herself! She can't even reach-"

"I'm not a baby!" I interrupted him.

"We didn't abandon her! And that doesn't give you right to meddle around with my innocent little sister! She doesn't need you tainting her mind!" James continued.

"Yeah, cause you do that enough with a different girl every week." The Slytherin third year countered.

"James, what is he talking about?" I intervened again.

"It's nothing, Lily." Albus added.

"Obviously, it's not nothing. James? What is he talking about?" I pressed.

Scorpius started to laugh hysterically, "I can't believe she doesn't know!"

"You see, your brother has a new toy-"
He was silenced by James' fist.

Scorpius spit blood on the floor and looked up to glare at my brother.

He lifted his hand to strike him back, but was stopped when Christopher Wood stepped in front of him.

"Malfoy, detention!" He narrowed his eyes at Scorpius. Chris was the Head Boy this year and was also the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain.

"But, Chris! That's not what happened! James-" he cut me off.

"I think I know perfectly well what happened." He smiled at me, "Albus, why don't you take Lily back to her compartment while we settle this." He went back to glaring at Scorpius.

Albus started to drag me away, so I called over my shoulder, "But we're witnesses!"

Albus took me into my compartment. Hugo was there with Lucy and Roxy, our cousins in their second year.

Albus shut the door and whirled on me, "What is wrong with you! Why were you defending him?"

"Because he didn't do anything wrong!" I screamed right back at him.

He gripped my shoulders, "Listen to me, Lily. Malfoy is not a good influence. Please, just stay away from him."

"Why should I? He proved himself a good person! James seems more like the bad influence at this point." He scowled at my accusation.

"Guys.... What's going on?" Lucy tried to stop us.

"Just trust us! He's a lying snake that only wants to turn you against us!" Albus ignored her.

"If he was such a bad person, why would he stop to help me?"

"I don't know! Maybe, he was trying to confuse you!"

"That doesn't make any sense! Are you even listening to what you're saying?"

"SHUT UP!" Roxy silenced us, "What the bloody hell is going on?"

"Scorpius helped me with my trunk and they had a huge hissy fit over it! Then they got him in detention for doing nothi-" I was cut off again.

"That's not what happened! He was being a creep, so James and I took him away from her! Then it turned into a fight, that he was asking for!" My thirteen year old brother screamed at our cousin.

"Obviously, one of you is distorting the truth. Or possibly both of you. There is NO way you're both right." Hugo added.

"Why don't you just agree to disagree? Being right isn't going to change what happened." Lucy calmly negotiated.

I sighed and agreed, "You're right" and at the same time, Albus grumbled, "Fine!" He sent a final glare in my direction, before storming away.

Shaking my head at him, I sat down and looked toward the cousins closest to me in age. Their curious faces forced me to tell them everything.

Lucy and Roxy didn't seem surprised. According to them, my brothers and "Malfoy" have a long history of fighting and feuding.

Lucy was a Hufflepuff and didn't care about the argument. She felt it was better to be nice to people. Roxy, being a Gryffindor, sided with my brothers.

At least I have Hugo to be confused with me. I thought, as we moved to a new topic.
