Shining Star

{ 3rd P.O.V }

Jessica gets out of her car in a hurry.
" Come on I can't be late on my first day ". She runs through the doors and frantically look for locker 432.  She turns the corner and immediately bumps into someone causing her to fall down and drop all her stuff.

{ Jessica P.O.V }

" Shit ! ". I look up to see a guy looking pissed. " I'm so sorry ! I wasn't looking where I was going and I ". I hear laughter around me. " No shit ! Do you even know who I am ! ". I looked around to see several people staring at us. " Well judging by people around us your someone who's always causing trouble ".  I turn back and face him. He has a look of pure rage. I quickly stand up and grab my stuff. I turn to leave when the guy grabs my wrist. " You aren't leaving ". He pulls me back in front of him. " Your going to beg for my forgiveness ". I roll my eyes and laugh. " No I'm not so let me leave ". I hear everyone begin to whisper. " Beg ! I'm not going to ask again ". I look at him directly in the eyes. " NO, do I have to say it again ? ". He takes a step forward and tries to shove me on the ground but before he does I slap him with all my strength. He takes a step back from shock and everything around me becomes silent . " Now if you excuse me   I have to go find my locker ". I shove past him and head down the hall. Towards the end of the hall I find my locker and open the lock. As soon as I set my stuff in the locker the bell rings. I quickly grab my schedule and head to my first class. Ignoring all the stares people are giving me.

{ fast forward to lunchtime }

I grab my lunch and sit down at an empty table. As soon as I start eating a girl comes and sits down at the table. " Hi, I saw you earlier with Alex and I just want to say that you were amazing. No one ever messed with him like that ". I look up and smile. " Thanks, To Be honest I planed I'm staying out of any trouble here but he seriously pissed me off ". The girl laughs. " No one can stay out of trouble here. Alex and his group of friends are always messing with people ". She points o somewhere behind me and I turn around to see Alex and a group of boys messing with some freshman. " He's ridiculous. Messing with freshman. ". I turn and look back at her. " By the way what's your name ? Im Jessica ". She smiles. " I'm Arianna but you can call m Ari ". I smile. " You can call me Jess ". The rest of lunch me and Ari got to know each other and we became friends. After the bell rings we say goodbye and head to our classes. I walk into the class and the teacher stops me. " Wait here, I'm going to introduce you to the class ". I nod my head and shortly after the bell rings she gets everyone's attention. " We have a new student. I want everyone to be nice to her ". She turns to look at me. " Introduce yourself ". I look in front of me to see everyone lookin at me. " Uh, hi my name is Jessica and I moved here from New York ". I turn and look at the teacher. " Thank you. Go sit next to Alex ". I turn to see him smirking. I can already tell that he's going to cause problems.
I walk over and sit down next to Alex and the teacher begins the lesson.  I notice Alex scoot a little closer. " Hey Clumsy " . I roll my eyes. " Leave me alone ". He grabs my sketchbook when I start to draw in it. " Let's see, what does  clumsy draw ". He flips to a page and I immediately become nervous. " Is that you with powers ? ". He laughs and causes the teacher to look towards us. " What's so funny Alex ? ". He shakes his head. " I was just thinking about a joke I herd ".  As soon as the teacher turns around I grab my sketchbook back and put it away. " You sure are feisty. Maybe I'll call you that instead ". I roll my eyes and ignore him the rest of the day.
