Chapter 3: The Sleepover { Part 1 }

A few weeks later

~ Madizan's POV ~

I went to my bedroom and put on my uniform. After that, I went downstairs and ate breakfast and went to school early..

When school started, I went to my first class, Music. I went inside and saw that JM was already there.. He noticed me and we started chatting. It felt like everyone in the room was watching us.. But it didn't bother us.

After class, Our professor Sr. Jayvee wanted me and JM to stay for a while, He excused us in our next class, which I think is for a good reason. He even called for Cassie, Rhyka, Lea, Sasha, Jason, Thea, Angel and ZGirl.

"Now, you may be wondering why I called the ten of you. Well, Our school is having this Talent Showcase this Friday. So I want kids from different levels to perform. Now, Since I've seen your performances during my class, I decided that you ten will perform.. This is additional points to your grades, which can help you alot. So, are you willing to perform?" Our professor said.
We all nodded and he let us write out our names in the audition paper. Then he dismissed us.

"Let's practice at my place after school.." Cassie suggested..
"I'm down.." JM and Rhyka said.
"Same here!" Thea, Sasha and Jason said.
"Uh.. I guess I can ask my mom.." Angel said.
"You know it my man!" ZGirl said.
"What about you Madizan?" Jason asked me
"Uhhh... Sure I guess.." I replied.
"Then It's settled! How about after school, meet me by my house?" Cassie asked.
"I don't know how to get to your place.." I told them.
"I'll walk you there.. Besides, his house is next to mine, so that shouldn't be a problem.. And I did walk you home a few times.." JM said.
"I think I see a new ship!" Jason said showing his inner fanboy..
"Oh shut up.." I said to them..

We all went to our classes and continued the day..

After school, we all went home to change since we really needed it. I changed into a black crop top with ripped jeans and my Adidas shoes. I went donstairs to tell my mon that I'm heading to practice. She said yes and I waited for JM.

Luckily, Mom and Dad knows that JM's walking me home now, which they did approve. So as I was walking in circles around my room, I heard the doorbell rang and I ran downstairs and opened it to reveal JM. I told my mom I was leaving and gave her a kiss before I left..
"MP, come home by 6pm alright? We will be having dinner with my friend at 7.."
"Alright Mom!" I shouted...

"So.. Wanna play Runescape after this?" JM started our conversation
"Yeah, sure.." I replied.
"I-I guess we shoud get going.." JM told me.
We just walked silently in the sunset.

"H-Hey, Let's take a photo of this, y-you know, t-to remember this momment.." I said.
"Um, sure" JM replied.
I got my phone out and took a selfie with JM...
"We should get going..." JM said.

We walked for a while to head to Cassie's place... Not gonna lie, it took like 20 mins. to walk there... But when we got there, we knocked on the door and Cassie answered. We walked to his room to meet the squad waiting for us..

"Now Cassie girl, We will be leaving at 7pm, so be sure to finish quick!" Cassie's Mom Alexa said..
"MOM! I TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME THAT!! Ughh!!" Cassie shouted..
"Took you two long enough.." Sasha said.
"Her house is a little far from here Sasha. Besides, it took me like 20 mins to get to her house.." JM stated..
"At least you've made it.." Thea replied
"Guys! We should start thinking of a song!" Rhyka shouted
"How 'bout this, We'll just mix some songs of the same artist and we'll each have a song to sing.. Then, we can just make the mix and boom, done by the time Cassie will be leaving.." I stated.
"That's actually not a bad idea.." Cassie said.
"But which artists will we be singing?" ZGirl asked
"We'll just think of a band that fits our personalities..." I stated
We started thinking of various bands
"What about Imagine Dragons?" Angel said
"Its perfect!" I replied
